GoogleFranklyn James were very effective in getting my property sold and the team was always very responsive and accessible. Jamie Hutton was brilliant at the task and he managed to get my property sold in a week. I was very happy and satisfied with the entire process. I will highly recommend Franklyn James if you are considering the sale of your property in canary wharf.

GoogleMy experience with Franklyn James and more specifically with Mark Kimber has been very positive. His understanding of my needs and requirements perfectly matched with the buyer's profile. Mark displayed great knowledge on the market and all the aspects surrounded by selling process. Also, he communicates very clearly so one knows exactly where we are in the process. GoogleMark is fantastic estate agent and negotiator. From the moment the property went on the market he provided excellent service. Mark's ability to read people and the market meant he was able to get the right people in to view the property and achieve some amazing offers in a difficult climate. He is very responsive and very easy to contact. He is easy to talk to and listens to what you are looking for. As a property investor I often work with estate agents to buy and sell property and without doubt Mark is the most skilled and professional agent I have worked with. If you need to sell a property go to Mark!

GoogleI have been completely thrilled with the service that Mark has provided. He handled all negotiations with such professionalism and was able to secure a fantastic price in a very uneasy market. Mark's ability to read people meant that all appropriate leads were followed up and he didn't waste time where it was clear people were not interested. Once the offer was in Mark continued to work tirelessly to ensure both parties were moving forward and remained positive and friendly throughout. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Mark Kimber to anyone who needs to sell a property.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, Franklyn James and in particular Mark Kimber was extremely helpful with the entire process. Mark was friendly, easy to contact, always on hand to give useful advice and I'd recommend him and his services in future. I experienced a few estate agents across my property search and Mark was by far the best. I thank him personally for helping us purchase our first property.

GoogleIgnored my request to replace my matress the whole year. Not even a reply but v quick to add charges and demand replies to their emails. Charged us for a missing lamp that didn't exist. Also tried to charge me £36 for a reference letter I needed to move out. Typical disgrace of an estate agent.

GoogleThese guys treated us like delinquents once they take the deposit from us. Their aim then is just see you leave at the end of the tenancy since they will charge new fees to the next tenant. They will not allow you to talk with the landlord (the name is not even in the contract). They will not take care of anything since they want you to leave as soon as possible. They will charge you for any service, reference letters etc, even the copy of the keys (and it will not be cheap). They will not answer to you emails and even if you go to their office in person you will be treated as a delinquent. Absolutely disgracefull.

GoogleWorking with Franklyn James has been one of the worst customer experience I have ever had. We have been lied to regarding the fees, have been ignored when we had no hot water for a week and had to wait for more than 3 weeks to have our deposit refunded. I sincerely recommend looking for a different agency as they have no consideration for the tenants.

GoogleNicholas has been very passionate and professional all the time and I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me. With friendly manner, he rang me first a couple of times wanting to show me properties which isn't even on the market yet that I'd be interested which I really appreciated. He knows exactly what he's doing and I can tell he thoroughly enjoys his job. Don't hesitate to contact him if you're looking for a property to rent in E14, you'll get everything you deserve.

GoogleEXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Once you've signed the contract and made a deposit, they treat you like disgracefully! I have made a few requests for the landlord through them, they refused to pass the requests onto the landlord. As an intermediary, that made a very inefficient communication the 2 parties!

We were very impressed by the service provided by Antaeus Schulz who was selective and thorough in presenting us flats that met our specific criteria. He provided sound advice and had a very friend and professional demeanour. Would not hesitant to recommend Antaeus to anyone looking for a flat in the area.

GoogleA* These Guys are amazing, I had a property to sell. i walked into a number of agents in Canary Wharf on the same day and Franklyn James was the only agent where the staff got up of their seat to greet me, and offered me a drink. the energy in their office is very positive, Jason explained what the company had to offer and how it could benefit me in comparison with there competitors and their process in terms of finding the right buyer was impressive and to make sure things are secure. we have completed now on our sale which was done in perfect timing of what we wanted to achieve. Thanks to Jamie And Jason for there help along the way. Recommended!

GoogleTerrible customer service. As many other estate agents they stopped working once they secured my deposit. Terrible communications, I had to chase up almost everything, no repairs were made, I didn't get my contract until the very last day and now have to reorganize the entire flat as the painters have to paint the flat 2 weeks after I moved in instead of before. Avoid.... TL DR: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK PROFESSIONALISM
