GoogleFirst time ever i had to deal with Franklyn James as they advertised the property for sales which i viewed and put the offer. For my unfortunate experience i had to deal with Jamie from the sale department. When i phoned to check that he received the email with my offer (filled in email form) which was slightly below the asking price, he told me there and then that i have no chance in getting this property as there are other people who will also going to put the offer for this property, but told me that he will send my offer to the seller. 2 days later I was checking Zoopla and saw that the property is marked UNDER OFFER. I never received an email or even a phone call to let me know that my offer has been rejected. So basically i was left in the unknown, I don't even know if my offer even reached the seller to be honest, due to the attitude i was given on the phone (when i phoned to make sure he received the email with my offer). Utterly unprofessional and rude person. I would never want to deal with this company ever again (to buy or to sell my properties) if they accept this kind of behaviour of their stuff towards the potential customers nor i would ever recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for your message. To confirm, upon receipt of your offer, I informed you that there was another offer in place and the amount you offered was not going to be considered by the vendor as it was lower than his expectations. After discussing your offer with the vendor, we had a telephone conversation where I confirmed your offer was not accepted. We did not receive a revised offer from yourself and as such, the vendor accepted the alternative offer hence why the property was marked as under offer on the web portals. You was aware from the outset that there was a higher offer in place. If you feel that this was not handled correctly then please accept our apologies however, I was upfront with you from the start which cannot be denied. We wish you all the best. GoogleI have been very happy with the service provided at Franklyn James thus far; Grace Pascall has always taken the initiative to ensure the sale is progressing smoothly, she has taken care with the details and been quick to remedy any concerns. I was impressed by how she proactively took time to familiarise herself fully with the location and specific property details at the outset and made a point to emphasise them to prospective buyers. The staff at FJ have been a pleasure to deal with thus far.

GoogleIt’s the first time I am renting out my property. What I thought would be a daunting task was made so easy by Franklyn James. I was initially in contact with Lee who made me immediately comfortable with the whole process. Then George took over and within a week I had 2 offers. George was very helpful, available, ready to answer any question, very knowledgeable, I only have praises. I trust the team entirely and would recommend them to anybody.

George, who has been our main point of contact in the process, has been particularly helpful and happy to assist us with the negotiation process. GoogleOur initial impression for Franklyn James was good but it soon turned into the most terrible experience. Franklyn James didn’t care to check if our new place was professionally cleaned or was in good shape at all. I came into a place which was filthy, had broken window hinges, non functioning and missing appliances and a nightmare to live in. They did little to nothing and just asked us to check with the landlords since it’s ‘not managed by them’. If you’re ever going through them, please make sure that they have confirmed that they will do the basic checks such as professional cleaning and inventory. Utterly unprofessional attitude.
