I spoke to Lucia Giurini today in the lettings department as I needed to obtain a previous landlord reference (I run a referencing business), she was extremely helpful. There was a problem with the telephone line and she went out of her way to help me by calling me back from her personal phone and then solving my problem. If this is the sort of service she provides for a non-fee paying customer it shows that service is extremely important to her and the company. Really impressed.

I have used Frank Harris once before to find me a flat and found them to be professional throughout. It was for this reason that I opted to use them again when I needed to relocate to South Bank. My expectations then were understandably high this time around. I was very surprised therefore to find my expectations not just met but exceeded. In spades. Nicole (Forgive me but I can't recall her surname) was a real pleasure to work with from the start. Highly professional yet friendly, knowledgeable of the local area, patient and seemed genuinely concerned with finding me exactly what I was looking for, explaning the process and asking me relevant questions but without bombarding me. I have been badly disappointed by these estate agents and cannot recommend them from my experience. Despite them having "checked" the flat and inventory before my move in, I was given a flat with a broken toilet seat and broken lights. I have repeatedly asked for additional information, such as where to dispose of my rubbish and have not received an answer.
