GoogleNot a good experience. The person I enquired about letting my flat through them was insisting that I lower the rental price to low levels and if I didn't he wasn't willing to market my flat. Well I definitely didn't lower my flat rental price as he suggested but a little bit lower through another agent and my flat was rented in a few days. Obviously, he didn't know the market as well as he thought he did and I am glad I didn't market my flat at the ridiculous price they insisted I did.

GoogleWe worked with Lucia, who made great efforts to ensure we were shown a property on very short notice that we liked, although it was both tenanted and on a weekend, and also was great in communicating additional information and guiding us through the process. She was responsive, kind and not at all brisk or pushy as we found some other agents to be. Although we ended up going with another flat, I'd absolutely work with Lucia again in any future property search.

We had the property live with another agent for some time before we moved to Frank Harris and they definitely delivered! As a seller you need your agent to be proactive, persistent and continuously on top of things to ensure things do not fall through the cracks once an offer has been agreed. George's persistence, proactivity and support in ensuring the transaction completed to the satisfaction of the buyer and the seller was absolutely remarkable! He is definitely very professional, patient and listening, and keeps on updating me the market situation and my property for selling weekly, and have organized 6 viewings so far. With such a professional and responsive attitude, given luck and timing, I am confident that the sale will be on the right path for a success completion eventually. Just a friendly feedback, I find it more relaxing and easy to get updates and appointments via email and text rather than mobile phone because I could not get good signal while walking in the street.
