GoogleI was a tenant moving out of a place that Frank Harris was doing viewings for and even on the way out they were really nice! Nick gave us lots of tips on what to do/how to end our tenancy properly as well as giving the incoming viewings a good tour with advice on everything.

GoogleI can genuinely say Frank Harris & Co made things easy, and finding our flat was good experience (which is really saying a lot as London lettings agents are usually terrible). Particular shout out to Nicole who was our main point of contact and was very professional, and to Nick who took us for a few of our viewings. GoogleWe've worked with Nicole to find a new flat and she was absolutely brilliant. Nicole arranged for us to view the flat we liked really quickly, at a time that was convenient to us. While we viewed the apartment, she answered all of our questions and made really helpful suggestions. Once we made up our minds about the apartment she kept us updated throughout the approvals process and answered all of our additional questions (from what size mattress we should get, through to allowing us to visit the flat again so that we can decide on what furnishings we should buy).
