The very best estate agent I've rented from in London - there are so, so many horror stories out there and the team here are absolutely the best in London. No questions asked. We rented a property through them for 2.5 years, and from the very beginning they made things easy (unlike some agents who'll ignore all of your requests & drive you all across town for properties that aren't at all what you want). Have to especially call out Nicole for being so quick to reply to any questions or issues we had, being incredibly respectful of bringing in prospective tenants while we were moving out, and genuinely being trustworthy & friendly.
