Terrible experience. Have left our flat over 3 months ago and we are still completely in the dark about our deposit of over 3 grand. Not even replying to emails anymore and have given us zero information about why things are taking long. Will probably reply to this saying it’s the landlord’s responsibility but as a letting agency you would expect to have the minimum amount of decency to treat tenants with some respect. The agents never reply unless you write to their manager. So glad this lease is over.

I barely answered one question about my budget, and they cut the call, without even bothering to ask anything else or see if they could direct me elsewhere. Very rude - treating you as though you don't matter, even though they are not doing their job properly by failing to help you find a property to rent.

This agency helped me find my first London apartment, in relatively short time since the first contact. My agent, Adeel, was an excellent communicator who constantly kept me up to date on the progress of the application as well as promptly delivering any extra requests I made. He managed to book me in for two separate viewings on very short notice, outside of his working hours, which was greatly appreciated. On the other hand, the contract itself took longer to complete than estimated by the agency, as well as missing several key points from the initially agreed offer, however I believe this was out of Adeel’s hands. Overall, they helped me find an apartment I am happy with in a relatively short time period.
