There are a lot of estate agents but only one Fisks

We gave our property to Fisks when we decided to move as Ian seemed the most professional of the three agents who we asked to value our property. Boy are we glad we did house sold to the first viewers in 36 hours from instructing Fisk's. We were kept up to date with regular calls and nothing was too much trouble. Now we have moved Ian is collecting post from our old address for us and calling for us to collect from the office. Beyond the call of duty Great service thanks again Martin and Melanie Bagnall

Beyond the call of duty

We enlisted the help of Fisks towards the end of 2015 to sell a property (a probate sale). They very quickly organised an open day, and we soon had a dozen or so offers, several were considerably above our asking price. Unfortunately we lost our first buyers over Christmas due to unavoidable circumstances. But Fisks quickly found new buyers, and we were soon back on track. Fisks did so much more than just finding us a buyer:- - they discussed & advised on the merits of potential buyers and their offers - they accompanied buyers and their contractors on numerous visits to the house - they advised/recommended local trades to affect some minor repair work - they kept in touch with all parties to follow progress and keep the process on the rails - they chivvied & chased the three solicitors in the chain (which is a bit like herding sheep!) - they read the service meters and checked the clearance company had left the property clean & tidy prior to sale completion Who could ask for more? So its 5 stars for Fisks. Thank you guys!

Friendly and professional

We would recommend Fisk as an estate agents. We initially asked them to be our estate agent as when we had brought our house 20 years earlier this was the agent we used. The experience we had received this first time was both professional and efficient. Yet again the staff have been professional, efficient and extremely helpful in providing us with information or answering any questions or concerns. My house sale via Gemma North (fisks Canvey )

As I would imagine with most house sales there is always a few issues. I think it would be fair to say I had my fair share. Most of my dealings went via Gemma North but if Gemma was not available the team there was easy to talk to and had an understanding of what was going on at any time during the sale. Gemma's polite, cirtious and had a 100% understanding on my needs making the sale seem personal. Even though there was more than one person to deal with. I feel i was given good advice on the pricing of the property and the marketing material was excellent. I had 4 full asking price offers within a few days. Outstanding Service & highly Recommended

We used Fisks ten years ago to buy our house and everything went so smoothly we didn't hesitate used them again to sell the same property last year without even thinking of contacting anyone else. Their valuation was spot on and we had numerous viewings booked within a few days and two confirmed offers (with mortgage approval) within 6 days of our house being on the market.. Chelsea and the team work tirelessly for you and, being the control freak that I am, put up with my constant calls and questions always in a cheery helpful manner, they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. Even when our buyers solicitor was causing all sorts of problems (due to their incompetence and nothing to do with Fisks at all!) and I thought I was losing the plot they did their utmost to get things back on track and alleviate our concerns. I think that because they're not a big chain like some of the major high street estate agents you're made to feel like you're not just a client file and you get the personal approach that you know isn't following some sort of script or corporate workflow chart, I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a competent, friendly and professional estate agent.

Sale of 57 Shell Beach Road

We had to sell the property after a bereavement and arranged valuations from 3 local estate agents.. Gemma North from Fisks stood out far and above the other 2. As well as being positive and encouraging about securing a sale for us at a good price, she was also sympathetic to our situation and didn't pressure us with any hard sell, instead she was just kind, friendly and reassuring.
