DO NOT TRUST FABRICA

DO NOT TRUST FABRICA! They told everyone + also put it in writing on all the documents that the lease term on The Westlinks development is 999 years, only for us to then find out it is actually only 125 years.. this after having reserved the property and started the broking/mortgage/conveyancing processes! Also, I had to do my own research to raise this matter as otherwise I would have completed and exchanged before I would have found out and it would have been too late! The management won't even assume responsibility for this error so here I am, left with massive disappointment, false hope, wasted time and money and major stresses that I'll have to re-live again if I want to ever get on the property ladder, not to mention that my home move will need to be delayed drastically now which has many consequences! You must be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. Stay away from professionals who can't spell, don't react to emails, are constantly on holiday, make weird remarks, are racist and generally don't know what they're doing. Been intentionally delayed, just for the property to then be sold to someone else. Thank you, Imran, dodged a bullet by not buying after all. Was lucky to keep initial mortgage offer and move quickly to another development, where the process was smooth and quick.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH FABRICA

Signed up with Fabrica due to their new development in Walton, only to realize then that it is shared ownership. No problem, but they have been harassing me since. Loads of unsolicited marketing messages that you won't be able to opt out of, even though they tell you you can opt out by e-mailing them. Did so three times now, and they are still sending me messages. If they are already breaking these GDPR rules, I don't trust them with any of my data in any other way.

In 2019 we rented a flat through Farrar's rental agency and were very happy with service we received. When we started looking for a flat to buy, they were one of the first agencies we contacted. We ended up buying a flat for which Farrar were the selling agents. The service we got from George Henderson and Richard Going was far above anything I've come across before. The way they dealt with mortgage lenders, solicitors, the building management company and everyone involved in what turned out to be a particularly fussy six-month process was just outstanding. They managed to be utterly professional while at the same time human and friendly - a really challenging balance to achieve. During the past nine years, I rented a flat in London that was managed by the Farrar team located on Fulham road. During this entire period, from the first viewing of the flat, the yearly contract renewal, any maintenance that needed to be completed, to the end of the tenancy, I found the team at Farrar to be professional and responsive as all times. regretable life changing experience

If you are considering buying from Fabrica, do your research about A2 Dominion. They will manage your building and property. Any problems they are the ones you will have to contact... I rated this based in my experience... It is simple. Find out about A2 Dominion beforehand ... then decide by yourself. Fabrica are part of the A2 Dominion Group they sell you a property that comes attached to a managing service.
