GoogleI have recently bought property through Fairfield Estate in Watford after viewing several dozen properties through them and various other estate agents in the area. In the end, I chose Fairfield Estate as the entire team is extremely professional, friendly and honest in providing fair analysis of the properties. Special Thanks to Joe (Joseph Masterson) for the great care he took in ensuring I was kept in loop throughout the process including where there were certain challenges and providing timely mitigation steps to ensure the transaction went through smoothly. Joe has been really helpful in closing the sale and the post-sale activities. I highly recommend Fairfield Estates for their professionalism, friendliness and reliability.

GoogleI bought my flat via Fairfield Estate Agents, Megan Elvins in particular, and so when it came time to see I felt confident they would be ideally placed to handle the sale. They have good local knowledge of the South Oxhey Area and it shows! Megan helped me understand the market and pick a reasonable price I was happy with, and then got some potentially buyers in very quickly. When I accepted an offer, Megan was very proactive in her approach with pushing the sale forward, speaking to the solicitors on both sides and even phoning my management company for me. Excellent work, thanks again!

GoogleMegan Elvins is an excellent Senior Sales Associate, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. She has been extremely thorough throughout the entire sales process, consistently demonstrating patience and professionalism. Despite the various challenges and setbacks along the way, she never lost confidence or determination in achieving the best outcome for my property. She is a true asset, and I believe she deserves recognition, perhaps a pay rise or consideration for a more senior position if available.

GoogleFrom our initial visit to Fairfield estates in September to completion in March our experience has always been positive. Initially John, and then Daryl ( Plus the team) have been helpful and efficient. We were kept informed throughout the process including viewing summaries every week. When Daryl got the sale over the line it was smiles all round. I highly recommend you use them.
