GoogleMy first contact with Fairfield Estates was in 2020 when I purchased my first property in the middle of the Covid 19 lockdown period. Matt and team helped to make an extremely stressful process so much more manageable. When I found myself having to move three years later for family reasons, I did not hesitate to approach Fairfield Estates about letting out the property. For the last two years, I have had complete peace of mind, knowing that all aspects of the tenancy were being managed and taken care of in my absence. I have now just completed the sale of the property, and once again the team at Fairfield have done everything to make the process run as smoothly as possible. If you are looking for a professional, friendly and reliable team who really care about their clients, then look no further than Fairfield Estates.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience working with Matt and the whole team at Fairfields, a local service for local people. From explaining everything before signing up, they gave us lots of time to understand the process and ask questions and it didn't matter who picked up the phone, the whole team knew about the property and were things were up to. When offers were received, they were followed up thoroughly and promptly so we could make a good informed decision. Communication was excellent and the team kept us updated all the way through. From our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Fairfields.

We booked a valuation with Matt, who was able to schedule us in within the week. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the visit. Matt not only provided us with a clear and accurate valuation but also offered helpful advice regarding potential future works we’re considering for the property. GoogleOur experience with Fairfield has been excellent. They are friendly, helpful, caring and professional. They are very good at what they do and give genuine advice you can trust. We have just exchanged and are looking forward to moving next month. Communication has been excellent throughout the process and they played a major role in keeping everyone in the chain calm and happy when emotions got high. Everyone in the team has been amazing and gone above and beyond expectations. Allan has worked tirelessly to make this move possible and we really appreciate it.
