GoogleA huge thank you to the team at Fairfield Estates. We had a unique property to sell. It required a specialised, tailored approach. Joe, Matt and the excellent team at Fairfield Estates knew the area well, marketed the property brilliantly and shepherded potential buyers through the offer process. They background-checked all offers and advised which were more financially secure and preferably to others. Joe & Matt kept us updated every step of the way and their viewings portal was a helpful way of tracking developments. Clear, concise communication throughout the process and sale from a professional and competitively priced company. High recommended.

Megan was simply exceptional from start to finish. She was there every step of the way during the sale, keeping us updated, chasing things when needed, answering our questions, and making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients are second to none. She consistently went above and beyond, and we always felt we were in safe hands. When it came to the purchase of our house, John stepped in and was equally helpful, ensuring everything continued to move smoothly towards completion. A special mention also to the wider Fairfield team, who were always friendly and accommodating. Whether it was printing forms, helping with paperwork, or letting us use their computers, nothing was ever too much trouble. We would highly recommend Fairfield Estate Agents. The service we received was excellent throughout, but Megan & John for us in particular was absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the company.

GoogleIf you're looking at moving and are in the Watford area then please don't go anywhere else. I cannot thank Fairfield Estates Agents and John and Abbie enough. Its been a journey to say the least. In the beginning John convinced me that they were the ones to trust after a bit of a nightmare elsewhere, and he was right. Abbie, well what can I say - she went over and above to get us across the line, its was tense and I'm sure I have a few more grey hairs because of it but Abbie kept on top of what was happening - even on her days off and kept us in the loop at all times. Thank you Fairfield and an even bigger thank you to John and Abbie - they should be considered for a bonus or pay rise at their next performance reviews.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing!! We sold our property in November and completed in March. Megan, John and the team was nothing but supportive throughout the whole process. We have since bought a property through them and again, outstanding customer service. Nothing has been an issue, from late night check in calls, printing off documents for us, to keeping us fully up to date even when our solicitors did. Nothing has been too much for them. Me and my husband are forever grateful for them for helping us get through these stressful 7months. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks to all at FF 🥂
