When deciding to sell our house we spoke with three local agencies and were particularly impressed with Joe at Fairfield’s in North Watford. It was great to speak to someone who not only works, but lives locally and his knowledge, insight and enthusiasm for the local area came across perfectly. Communication has been excellent throughout. Joe, Allan and the team have been especially good at keeping us updated both during the viewing stage where they regularly shared feedback and advised accordingly and since accepting an offer on our property we have again received regular check ins and reassurances from them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling or buying as they are friendly approachable and efficient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Matt and the team at Fairfields Watford highly enough. I first used Matt over 13 years ago, and when it came to selling my mum's house, there was never any question of going anywhere else. Having had such a positive experience before, I knew exactly who I wanted to use. This wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, and there were a few bumps along the way, but throughout the whole process Matt and the team were exceptional. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, chase things up when needed and offer reassurance during what can be a very stressful time. Their communication, professionalism and genuine willingness to help were outstanding from start to finish. We were also fortunate enough to have Fairfields involved with the purchase of a new property, which made the whole process much smoother. A huge thank you to Matt and the entire team for all of your hard work, support and patience throughout. Your dedication, knowledge and genuine commitment to your clients really stood out, and it made all the difference during what could have been a very stressful process. We couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish. Fairfields filled us with confidence : they felt friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the sale of my father’s property. It was great that they are ao knowledgeable of the area, and we were kept fully up to date throughout the process of our sale, with regular information about viewings and even how many times the property had been viewed online. Communication was excellent, with updates by both email and text, and we were always made to feel welcome to get in touch with any questions or concerns. They genuinely went above and beyond. On one occasion, Allan even drove to the property before starting his working day to unlock the side gate so that the gardeners could keep the garden looking lovely for the new owners, and then returned after work to lock up again. That really sums up the level of care and commitment that has been shown. Fairfield handled my house sale brilliantly, even in a really tough market. They know that what they do is, essentially, not rocket science - match buyers to correctly priced properties, get them under offer and ensure the sale goes through. It's of course not as easy as it sounds, and they have clearly invested in the people and systems to make the process as (relatively) painless as possible. I was kept up to date at all stages, they were honest throughout and I felt they were fair to seller and buyer alike. In the end, I got a good price for a good house, with a sale which was smooth and well-managed. The house had remained unsold with the previous agent for 4 months, Fairfield had it under offer within under a month, having generated considerable interest from across their portfolio of agencies. Really can't say fairer than that and, while it's unlikely I'll need to use them again as I have moved out of the area, I can recommend them with great confidence.
