Make whole transaction was very easy and smooth. I am recommending this estate agent to use if you are looking to buy property in Watford area. We purchased our second house through Fairfield Estates and worked mainly with Rob Simmons in the South Oxhey office who was very helpful, reliable and patient with us both times we bought and sold our home - thank you Rob!! GoogleVito at Fairfield Estate Agents was really helpful while we were looking for a new property. Had two different viewings with him and finalised one. We certainly did not feel pressurised around him like it has been the case with some other agents in the search process. The process from viewing to finalising the property was quite smooth with Fairfield and all the other staff members have also been very helpful. I would definitely recommend Fairfield Agents.

GoogleFairfields are Excellent! We chose Fairfields after getting valuations done from three local agents. Fairfields did a very good job on valuation and quoted a good all inclusive price. The service we received from Fairfields was excellent. For us, the most important thing was to sell and for Fairfields to do all the viewings. Unlike many estate agents who promise the world and don't deliver, Fairfields did every viewing, telling us in advance and doing the viewings quickly for buyers. Fairfields also did an excellent job of keeping in contact (shout out to Matt and Chris!), pushing things through to completion in a very professional way, and are also very nice people. Excellent service, honest, professional, quick and reliable. Changed my view of what an estate agent could be (other agencies could learn a few things).

Matt was kind enough to share his wealth of Knowledge of the Watford area during our viewing- which made it a rather 'personalised' experience. I would highly recommend Fairfield if you're looking for properties in Watford and it's surrounding areas.
