GoogleIt has been a pleasure dealing with Rob and his team in the South Oxhey branch. I have been able to ask them for advice too, re my purchase, as that was through another estate agent. They have been helpful, proactive and always have replied to me very quickly, no matter what the question was. Would definitely use them again. Thanks for all your help with this.

GoogleWe brought our house back at the end of July. The team in the south oxhey branch were amazing! So supportive and helpful, we had a few delays (because of the top of the chain) and the team kept me informed with what was happening and didn’t mind me calling to check in a lot. Honestly would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI bought a property through Fairfield for the first time and found their service very good throughout. Julian in particular was always at hand on the phone to answer my questions and more importantly allowing me access to the property on several occasions and at times at very short notice.

GoogleWithin the next few days we will complete the sale of our house after living there for nearly 35 years. The process of selling after such a long time was alien to us but thanks to the wonderful staff at Fairfields things couldn't of been easier. GoogleA big thank-you to Robert Simmons & Belinda Sealy who have been dealing with the sale of my parents house. (mum passed and Dad went into care) From the very first visit by Robert to evaluate and suggest the sale price that he felt was right in the circumstances, through to the completion of the sale of which was dealt with by Belinda. The service has been nothing short of excellent What impressed me most about Robert on his initial visit was not only his professionalism, but he truly cared. I'm in sales, and I have a saying that "The customer doesn't Care about how much you Know, untill they Know how much you Care". This was the reason I instructed Fairfield estates. I felt they were far more professional and showed empathy compared to the other local agents that I met. Finally a big hug and thanks to Belinda (Belinda, you are a SUPERSTAR). Her tenacity in chasing things down, and more importantly the regular calls to keep me updated were invaluable. I have family still local to you, and will certainly be putting your name forward should they require the services of an Estate Agent.

GoogleI bought a house through Fairfield and the service I received from Julian was above and beyond what I expected. Julian kept on top of everything and was constantly chasing others in the chain and keeping me updated with the situation. If it wasn't for him then I don't think the sale would have gone through! I wish I had sold my house through Fairfield as well instead of connells!! We all learn from our mistakes and would highly recommend/ use you again in the future.
