GoogleBest estate agents I have ever dealt with! A huge thank you to Julian, Belinda and the team at Fairfield. They were 100% efficient, professional, helpful and friendly throughout both the purchasing and selling procedures of my property. Julian and Belinda were very supportive from start to finish, always keeping me in the loop with regular communication and updates, I would strongly recommend using Fairfield to buy or sell your property, you won't be disappointed.

GoogleAvoid like the plague if you’re a renter. The staff treat you like you are a bother for even the most basic questions. I was threatened with “considerable charges” for ordering the wrong size £3 pound sink plug when I left the property, and received endless rude emails from the director of this company about the matter while I was on holiday. When we moved out I had the oven (and the entire property) professionally cleaned, but as there was a streak left on the inside of the glass door, they charged me £75 from my deposit to have it cleaned again by one of their cleaners, clearly trying to desperately milk every penny out of the situation. I found this ironic, when the property itself was in absolute shambles from before we moved in. We had 2.5 years of peeling paint, broken appliances, mold, leaking pipes and intermittently functioning hot water and central heating. We ended our lease early because we could not tolerate the state of the property any longer. They may put on a show if you’re selling a property with them, but if you’re “just” renting through them, it is an absolute nightmare. I used to dread having to get in touch with them if something was broken as the reception staff are so rude. The only sensible professional is Justin, who does the property inspections. Avoid avoid avoid.

The agents were assisting us on numerous issues concerning the property we were selling, they were helping to negotiate important issues on the property we were purchasing, being an important link between all the parties and even solicitors. Googlei cannot praise the staff at fairfield enough for what they did for us they where all brillant offering exceptional service , we had a long drawn out move due to our first buyer pulling out on day of exchange !! but Matt was brilliant and got the house back on the market asap and helped us through to our day of moving, it is a first class outfit and i can highly recommend it to anyone selling or buying, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleFairfields is an excellent company and I would certainly recommend them to anyone with a property to rent. All members of staff are helpful and deal with issues and queries promptly and efficiently. They are up to date with current letting legislation which gives peace of mind to landlords. They also have a great database of reliable, trustworthy contractors who keep the properties in a good state of repair.
