GoogleIt has been our pleasure to deal with Fairfield Estate Agents Oxhey from start to finish. Sam's patience and expert advice were well received by us. He showed us 5 or 6 properties - always with a smile and good chat. We eventually found our forever bungalow - and even Sam said at the time "This is the one I can tell by your faces" and he was right. Dealing with Belinda was equally easy and she certainly helped to make the whole house selling and buying process less stressful. Estate agents often get bad press but when you find a good one you should tell everyone. Huge thanks to Fairfield !!

The team could not have been more helpful, especially Julian who helped and guided us through the whole process. Even when difficulties arose Julian was on hand to help assist where he could. GoogleWhat a team! All the staff are very friendly and approachable, so if your allocated agent is not available, others will step in gladly. My house sale saga went from valuation, to photos, to listing, to firm offer, in less than two weeks, so it was quite a shock for all of us. However, next came the problems dealing with solicitors and all the other agents involved in the five-link-chain. It was so frustrating at times, but that's where the true professional comes in - Belinda. She was instrumental in sorting out so many issues, that I just left her to get on with it. This no-nonsense approach worked right up to exchange, which although was overdue, came good in the end due to her perseverance. I also congratulate Belinda on her communication skills. Emails were read and responded to almost immediately and when information came in, she passed it on quickly - usually faster than the solicitors. All-in-all, a much less stressful experience in house buying, than it could have been. This is the day before we move "down south", so many thanks to the team at Fairfield Estates, who I would gladly recommend to anyone considering buying or selling their property.

GoogleRob, Sam and Julian are a credit to their profession. Very polite and courteous. Under emotional circumstances of selling the family home after over 40year's the team bent over backwards to take control of the situation and relive some of the stress from me. The house sold within the first 4 weeks and was wrapped up Out of FIVE stars ?? i want to give them TEN I would highly recommended Fairfield Estate Agents without any hesitation whatsoever. GoogleI highly recommend Fairfield agency. We used them on two occasions: when we bought our first home and when we sold it. They are very professional, quick to reply (always get e-mail or phone call reply back on the same day, never needed to chase them). The whole team is very friendly and super helpful. What I found the most outstanding about this agency, is that all of their team members were always updated about our situations, and whoever we talked to was always able to help us. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!
