GoogleThe staff are very hellpfull, great at keeping in contact with you, we dealt with sam most of the time and he was brilliant. Would always get back to you when he said he would, all the other staff I spoke to were also very helpful. Would defiantly use them again.

GoogleThis is the second time i have bought a property with Fairfields (20 years apart!) and I have to say im very happy. My purchase was not straightforward but nothing was too much trouble. I was never made to feel like a pest or to be asking silly questions. The teams local knowledge is amazing and I wouldnt hesitate to reccommend to anyone thinking of buying, selling or renting in their areas. Thanks to Belinda especially :)

GoogleBelinda, Rob and Justin did a great job in facilitating our move. What should have been a simple matter became more complex due to the upper chain and Belinda and the team went above and beyond their duty as an estate agent and took on the role of chasing everyone. Without their persistence and tenacity the chain could have so easily collapsed. This is the second move the team have organised for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. They clearly put the customers above profit and offer a truly personal service which is so rare these days. Many thanks Kate

GoogleFairfields were the agents for renting my house out for 3 years & they were brilliant at finding tenants & managing the house. So they were my obvious choice when I wanted to sell it. I can’t recomend them enough as they were amazing. They found a buyer for me very quickly, in under 3 months from putting it on the market to the new couple moving in. I delt with Rob most of the time but all the staff are extremely helpful there.

GoogleWe used Fairfields a few months ago to sell a friend's property and Belinda was absolutely awesome. She was very professional and yet showed a great deal of sensitivity as our friend was dying and we were trying to help him sell his house. We also used Fairfields ourselves to help us find a rental property both 11 months ago and again over the last two weeks as our tenancy is up soon. Sam Heffernan looked after us both times and was very attentive to our requirements. We were impressed by his professionalism yet still friendly disposition. He is a credit to Fairfields!
