GoogleBrilliant service from both Vito and Chris through a particularly long and difficult exchange. Very easy to deal with, super helpful with both so friendly, welcoming and professional. Everything is done in a timely manner and you can tell they are really invested. Would highly recommend and will use them again!

GoogleMatt and Chris are simply amazing. They have sold houses for and to my family over a period of years and I am in the very lucky position of having them helping me now. They have done more for me in the past few days in trying to secure a property for myself and my husband. They have pointed us in the right direction after having a not so good experience with a different agent. They have gone above and beyond in helping us sell our property even though they are not acting for us as it is out of area. GoogleFairfield Estates are absolutely brilliant! They answer emails quickly, they always return calls, they remain calm and professional at all times and best of all - they get results! I have recently sold a property and Matt was absolutely outstanding. His confidence, assurance and positivity is contagious and whenever we hit a hurdle - and in buying/selling property there are always unexpected hurdles - he remained focussed on the end result and got us to completion with zero stress! What more can you ask for? Beyond the sale and purchase of property, Fairfields have a fantastic managing agent team with special thanks to Justin, David, Lucy and Andrea and Jenni and Angela in accounts. As a team, Fairfields seem to have it just right. Their communication with me is always brilliant and I have countless examples of when they demonstrated their willingness to go the extra mile. I could not be happier with Fairfield Estates and can not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe whole team at Fairfield were absolutely brilliant. The service far exceeded my expectations and I found Chris & Matt to be straightforward, honest, efficient, and friendly. They were always available to answer questions and did an amazing job of pushing things through when other aspects of the sale became complicated. His communication and customer service skills are top class and he was very quick to win our trust during the early stages. GoogleDuring our purchase process, Julian was very supportive person that we could call anytime and clarify any doubt straightaway. As first time buyer we were unsure about almost everything but Julian was always there to give us an update and keep us on track. He was always keen to go ahead and beyond and, even after the completion, which was sucessful because of his help as well, he was always ready to find out something for us to make sure we were happy and moved in smoothly.
