GoogleVery pleased after completing on a property last Friday! Megan was so helpful throughout the process and she was always updating me with the progress from all sides of the chain. I highly recommend you get in touch with her as she goes above and beyond finding you the property that you want. She kept us in mind when we were unfortunate to miss out on a property but it later came back on the market and she informed me of this. Thanks Megan for all the efforts you made in ensuring we got our first home!

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever dealt with! Very unprofessional and unexperienced! Staff are also rude and unprofessional, referring to Megan at South Oxhey office who is compulsive liar! Estate agent have failed to do their due diligence on landlords, I paid my deposit, passed reference checks and the landlord signed the tenancy agreement and as I am about to sign it he decides not to let anymore and Fairfield failed to give me any reason! Second time I viewed another property and Megan told me she be sending offer form the same day and nothing received. When chased her 2 days later, her response on well you should chase me, wow what a service! Left message for the manager Rob few days ago with Olivia and as yet still no call back. Stay away and deal with a company that can be trusted. Shaz
Unfortunately, as the letting agent, there is no amount of due diligence we can complete to give us control of who a landlord chooses to let their property to or to stop them changing their mind. As much as we can understand how disappointing this can be, we can only act on the landlord instructions. With regards to your second point, due to the limited number of properties available for rent at the moment the inquiries and viewings levels are extremely high. On most Saturdays our property consultants spend most of their day out viewing and do their best to accommodate all requests as soon as possible. Our property consultants are instructed to advise all viewers, especially when it is this busy, to call us if they want to express an interest in a property as it is not guaranteed they will return to the office before it closes. We are closed on Sundays and you were provided with an offer to rent form on Monday once you had called into the office. As you were made aware, Rob was in and out on Saturday and he was then away on holiday until Thursday. To talk about a member of staff who has an exemplary record with clients in such an offensive tone is completely unnecessary when they do their upmost best to accommodate the vast number of viewer requests they receive on a Saturday as soon as it is physically possible.

GoogleJulian sold my house in Oxhey Drive over a year ago, he had arranged so many viewings. And escorted each and everyone of the viewers around mu house. I was presently surprised by the amount of interest in viewing my property. And it sold in a matter of 2 weeks. I can only put this down to Julian's expert marketing and sales technique. Then later on when we were looking to buy a property we returned to Julian at Fairfields estate Agents with the hope of him finding us a new dwelling and sure enough, he did. We had personal updates from Julian every step of the way with our purchase. On the 28th July 2022 we conpleted the purchase of our bungalow. We can't thank Julian enough for finding us our forever home. We will always recommend Fairfields Estate Agents. Within the next few months my partners mother's property will be going on the market we will be using Fairfields and know we can rely on Julian to find annother property close to ours for my partners mother because she is 95 years old and we need the most smoothest transition and can rely on Julian and the team at Fairfields to make this happen. with Regards Jacqueline Lane-Smith
