GoogleI would definitely recommend Fairfield Estate Agents Ltd. From the initial visit to the completion of the sale they were 100% professional, courteous and kept me informed at every stage. Megan and Olivia conducted the many viewings which made the whole process less stressful. Thanks also to Rob for all his help, this is the second time of using Fairfield and I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI have bought and sold 2 properties through Fairfield over the last 8 years and I can not fault them at all. Megan dealt with our most recently sale and has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. She was determined to get the process done for us asap and kept us updated via phone and email through it all. She went way beyond her role to ensure we had the best service. An absolute asset to the team. The entire office are always so helpful and have lovely smiles on their faces as you walk into the office. A huge thank you to Rob who helped me buy my first home 8 years ago too, and who is the reason why we came back to buy and sale this last property with Fairfield . Even though I am moving out of this part of Watford I will 100% be coming back if we sale again. Thanks Fairfield !

GoogleWe just completed the process of selling our house and buying a new one with Megan Elvins as or agent through Fairfield Oxhey. The chain was complicated and long with many problems throughout however we can’t thank Megan enough for her professionalism, dedication and hard work from beginning to end. To say she went the extra mile is an understatement and she made the stressful process less so. I must also add Robert and Julian had some helpful input. They are an amazing team. We cannot fault Megan throughout this tricky sale and are very grateful we had such a competent and affable agent that ensured it was successful.

I felt total trust in all procedures carried out I can not recommend them enough and got a good fair price on my house. it's good to use local as local knowledge helps things run smoothly. We had the lovely Megan help us find our flat, after having an awful experience with a different letting agent, Megan and the Fairfield team made our move so much better and less stressful. They were professional and took the time to find what we were looking for within our budget and kept up updated throughout the process. Google100% recommend Fairfield Estates! I remember thinking they were good when we bought a house with them nearly 10 years ago…we’ve now just sold the house with them and they’ve been fantastic from start to finish. I wouldn’t use one of the cheaper or online agencies, it’s not worth the stress! The whole team have been great throughout the entire process, they’ve been transparent and honest and their advice and support has been invaluable. Megan especially went above and beyond to push the sale through as quickly as possible and we can now sit down and relax (well, pack…) and we’ve always been kept completely up to date. Worth every penny. Thank you everyone at Fairfield Estates, we can now move home closer to our family just in time for Christmas! :-)

GoogleFairfield Estate Agents Ltd is simply the best Estate Agency ever! About 8 years ago I was fortunate to select them as my letting agency, for which they did an impeccable job, letting out my property reliably and efficiently. In July 2022 I decided to sell the property. They managed to get an offer in 3 days on the full asking price. They were far better even than my solicitors and were my go-to team throughout the process, with lots of assurance throughout. The property is now sold and I feel very lucky to have encountered them! They deserve an award for services to our community - Well Done, Robert and Team!
