GoogleThe whole process and transition of moving houses is usually stressful but was amazingly made simple through great communication and thoroughness, especially for someone with a busy schedule. Saby was outstanding, attentive to detail, quick with her responses, professional and well informed which helped with tackling any queries. I couldn't recommend her and the team enough. Thanks guys, this feels like home already!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOne of my best experiences of an estate agent - quick, smooth and very understanding. I initially met Harry at the property - he was very kind, approachable and put my mind at rest whenever I had a query. I later was introduced to Saby who made the rest of the transition easy. Both were very understandable, helpful and flexible. I really appreciate the support they provided me with during the move, as we all know it can all be very stressful. Thank you so much.

GoogleWe decided to use Equity, as one of our friends had used them and recommended them to us. When Mark came to value our property, he was very professional and informative and gave us all the information we needed. Then, Harry contacted us to arrange viewings and he was fantastic. Harry was professional, reliable and answered any queries promptly. Later, I had a chance to meet Sabi, who was very professional and reliable. She was very helpful, answering any remaining questions that we had. Equity is currently managing our property and we are extremely happy to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI would highly recommend Equity and Darren, Kane and Helen at the estate agency. I was the buyer of a property that Equity was selling on behalf of a seller. The team are very approachable and go above and beyond to get the job done, I was always able to contact them and I am very pleased with the way they handled the sale of the property. From the start of the process, through to completion Equity was absolutely excellent and I felt very fortunate that I had such an attentive and dedicated estate agent managing the sale of the property. Equity was very communicative throughout the whole process. I received regular updates so I knew what was happening at all stages. I honestly appreciate your patience and expertise. The updates would come sometimes even out hours, which was hugely appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. In addition, if I ever left a message the team would always follow it up promptly. I would certainly recommend Equity to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for helping me buy my home. I must say your knowledge and Kane’s talent for negotiation was excellent. I will be returning when I need to rent my property in the future! I am incredibly grateful that I had to deal with Equity as the sellers agency. Thank you again for all your help!

GoogleWould thoroughly recommend Equity Estate Agents. Have been working with them for over 9 years and they are always professional, responsive and super helpful. Harry has been great at working with us to find our latest tenant. Always keeping us updated on his progress, taking multiple applicants to view the house and giving us a thorough summary after each visit to ensure we could make the right decision. Really grateful for all the support we received to ensure our house was rented quickly after the last tenants left. Thank you Harry and to all the team at Equity!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
