GoogleThis is the first time we go with agency and had a terrible experience . We moved from EN3 to EN1 only 15 min walking distance . We confirmed a month ago to take the room and made a date to move and till 3 days to get to the date, the agent was not sure whether they can let us or not. when we moved out , lots of things are loosed and broken .Once we reported several time they just told they will talk to landlord and make an arrangement to fix it .Now It has been 2 week we have moved and after numerous calls in these days , nothing happened. they can't even fix one main problem I.e, leaking water in kitchen basin due to blockage and disconnected pipe. There are also other major issues like they cannot give us letter box keys , and cannot fix the wobbly and rusty toilet that can be broken in any time. The extractor fan in the kitchen and toilet are not good too . Smells comes into the house after each cooking and disgusting smelly toilet.

GoogleThe Equity Estate Agent is a household name or brand with a difference. My experience with them made me realise what good quality really means. The office set-up is itself a mark of great quality. The neatness in the office is enough attraction to lure one to set up a contract with them Value for money permeates all their activities and appointments are met with divine precision. The strict bureaucracy in their dealings with the public seems a nuisance to the untrained but an attraction to seasoned customers like me. A few names that come to mind for professional conduct include but not limited to Saby, Harry, James, Nick etc. All the staff I met had built-in attention to detail and would insist on quality delivery channels with no room for short-cuts. I had occasion to speak to an off-duty staff who volunteered to transfer me to a staff on duty to deal with an important issue. GoogleThe Lettings Team at Equity Estate Agents were exceptional. Harry Pulford and Stanley Chamberlain were tasked with doing the 30+ viewings of my property arranged by Equity over 8 weeks. Saby Osman deserves particular recognition for immediately understanding the type of household/family I wanted to help with a tenancy at my property, and her considerable efforts to help the prospective tenants through advice, and assistance with the relevant local authority departments. I also appreciated the fact that she kept me informed of any developments through regular contact without prompting, and that she was always receptive and ready to help or advise me when I called.
