GoogleEquity estate agents have been brilliant from start to finish. I’ve dealt with their sales team and lettings team and can’t fault them. Saby and Stanley from the lettings team have been super helpful and proactive, ringing me with regular updates. I never had to chase and was confident they were working hard throughout. She helped push through our sale and purchase even though we were purchasing via another agent she still made sure the chain kept moving and answered questions for us and was very helpful

GoogleUnprofessional is an understatement. We had a viewing for house in Enfield on a Saturday afternoon for which we had travelled an hour to get to. The owner of the house had taken the house off the market on Thursday and informed Equity. Equity didn’t bother to let us know, and when we turned up at the house and then called them to find out what was going on their response was “We called you yesterday”. We then noticed we had 1 missed call, but no voicemail, no messages, no subsequent attempts at a follow up. Not even the decency to apologise. I would avoid using them at all costs

The staff especially Ms. Saby Osman and Mr. Stanley Chamberlain were very helpful whilst they had my property on their books and finding tenants for me. I was alway kept informed every step of the way until they found decent tenants for my property. These two individuals come highly recommended to any landlord trying to let their properties. I have received a 5 star service from them.
