GoogleDarren has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, and easy to speak to, which instantly put me at ease. His communication is excellent, he keeps you updated at every stage, is always quick to respond, and is proactive about chasing things up when needed. It genuinely feels like he has your best interests at heart, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. A true professional who clearly cares about his clients.

GoogleAfter almost 20 years in my home, I decided it was time to review my property value and consider my next move. I met Equity Estate Agents initially as they sold my neighbour’s house, and every interaction was friendly and professional. Alex was especially helpful, he took the time to speak with me during a final inspection and gave genuine reassurance about the new neighbours, which naturally led to a conversation about my own home. Alex booked Arturo in for a valuation and Arturo was brilliant - thorough, confident and clear about the plan. Shortly after, Alex and Arturo arranged a viewing for me in Crews Hill the next day and I loved the property. Arturo followed up promptly on the Monday and I confirmed I wanted to move forward. The speed and organisation was incredible, by Saturday we had 7 viewings booked before the photos were even ready, and by the Monday we had agreed an offer. Couldn’t recommend Arturo, Alex and the Equity team more highly.

GoogleI am writing to share my excellent experience with Equity. After deciding to sell our home just before Christmas, I met with several estate agents but immediately chose Equity after meeting Arturo. Arturo is passionate, knowledgeable, and charismatic. I read a review saying he could almost sell someone back their own house and this comment really made me laugh; having worked with him, I completely agree. He is exactly the person you want and need on your side when buying or selling a home. The rest of the team, including Alex and Jay, were equally impressive. They handled viewings efficiently and professionally, leading us to accept an offer within just a couple of weeks. Shortly after, Alex helped us find a new home, and our offer was accepted within days. We are now working with Darren on both the sale and purchase, and he has been fantastic too. I am incredibly impressed by how quickly everything has progressed, which is a testament to the team's hard work. I am grateful for the dedication and expertise shown at every stage and highly recommend Equity.

GoogleWe sold our Flat with Equity and due to complexities around remediation work required on the structure of the Block it was quite a complex sale. I have to say working with Equity, and Darren in particular was a pleasure. He was incredibly responsive and was hands on when either solicitor needed to be chased to keep things moving. He honestly went above and beyond on our case working late in to evenings responding to our messages or any escalations.

GoogleThere are estate agents… and then there’s Arturo with Equity - the man, the myth, the maestro of the market. When I first met him, I expected the usual spiel: “great location, lots of interest, we’ll be in touch.” What I got instead was a verbal ballet of market knowledge and charm so smooth I half expected him to sell me back my own house. Arturo doesn’t sell property, he orchestrates it. The man could negotiate peace treaties before lunch and still have time to stage manage a viewing with mood lighting and the perfect playlist. GoogleThey will be super nice getting you a place, but you better hope the place you get doesn't come with any issues because the property management team here is atrocious so do not be mistaken as they are a complete different set of people to the lettings team.

Jay showed me round the property and stayed extremely professional and I can often feel overwhelmed by viewings but I felt super comfortable by his light hearted attitude. Everything was very efficient and Jay had insightful approaches to get me exactly what I wanted !
