GoogleI had a viewing arranged for today on a 2 bed flat on Brimsdown Avenue EN3. As expected the agent called me in the morning to confirm my attendance to which I confirm I will still be. I arrived at the viewing 5 minutes early but the agent wasn’t there. 10 minutes later I got frustrated and called the office but like always no one picked up. I then left because I refuse to deal with such utterly unprofessional agents. It’s their duty to at least let you know if they’re running late.

GoogleIf it was possible to give this place no stars i would. There was a property i wanted to rent they booked a viewing and sent me there. None of the staff from the agency showed up the current tenants greeted me. They just took my details and never called back and i can give a name to her name is gina. Shes a very rude person she allways has a rude attitude towards people. I do recommend of staying away
