GoogleHave had a mix experience with Equity and to be honest the most recent during the most difficult part for many of us has turned it around from a mix experience to a good outcome. Thanks mainly to the lettings department who handled my circumstance with diligent and care. If you want results speak to Sabby.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI rang up as I was interested about a property, I spoke to a very lovely lady who’s name was Aaliyah. She was so helpful. This is the first time I have ever rang about a property as it is my first time looking for a property. Aaliyah spoke me through everything I needed to know and I felt comfortable asking questions as she was happy to answer them. I am very happy with the way Aaliyah helped me and feel a lot more at ease when it comes to property hunting.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWhat can I say, what a fantastic and professional estate agency. I have been a Landlord for many years now and this is the first time that I have come across a reputable and professional agent that cares for your needs. Once again I have used Equity Estate Agents in Hertford Road for the 3rd time now which is managed by Mark Szumski and his professionalism and helpfulness is second to none. Saby Osman who also coordinated everything from start to finish in finding appropriate tenants for my property was seamless and efficient and enjoyed the experience. Hopefully I will be looking to use Mark and his excellent team on my next adventure once again which take out the hassle of doing this myself. Absolutely recommend. Thank you Mark, Saby, Harry and James. Vas

GoogleI had a property which was previously let and had since received a refurbishment, instead of returning to the previous (unhelpful) Agents, I did the rounds and interviewed the local Agencies (including the previous Agents) to assess who I would use. Marks attitude and interest towards taking on the property impressed me as did the 'lack of comparison" with the other Agents in the same catchment (unlike his competitors). I put the property in his hands as fully managed, I was pleased with the way that he handled the property, feedback from my tenants has always been positive and any issues are dealt with promptly within my expectations. Thus when I was in the fortunate position to invest in further property it was a natural decision use his management. A very professional service with a good attitude to both Landlord and Tenants, and a set of fees that includes more than that of many larger more established firms, but considerably less expensive. They certainly get my double thumbs up.

GoogleThis was my first time using these guys and I can't thank them enough. Moving house in a pandemic is never easy but they made the whole process bearable and kept me in the know throughout the whole process. Aaliyah was fantastic, she knew the areas very well, alongside local schools, which was a bit part of my criteria. I would highly recommend her. Very attentive, always smiling, and helped me to actually enjoy moving house!!! I will be telling all friends and family to come to you, thank you once again.PositiveResponsiveness
