GoogleEnsum Brown and the team have been excellent throughout from start to present, They have kept us updated on viewings and timings, given plenty of notice and shown the clients around our property when we have been unavailable, One special person to mention is Charlotte Wall, she has been amazing, she is very organized, calm and very understanding, where an issue has occurred she has gone out of her way to solve it, moving house with solicitors and one thing and another has been a little stressful for me and Charlotte has taken this stress away, Thank you again all at Ensum Brown Paul & Jill

His communications were flawless, he is very fast to respond, he responds through all methods suited well to the requirements so phone calls when things needed explaining, letters when it’s formal, text messages/email when it’s out of hours or informal. Photos and attention to details, plus his innovation and ideas on 360 degree viewings are all strides above other agents we have used in the past!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleExcellent valuation to begin with, followed by a very disappointing, months long delay putting it in writing when requested, hence the 3 star rating. But a first class rescue of the situation by the clerical staff has stopped me from giving 2 stars.
