Fiona Payne was excellent. Great communicator and was the main positive note on my experience with Ensum Brown. We had some difficulties as the process took a long time, over 1 year from going on the market to completion. Alex from the Ware branch (now defunct I believe) agreed a commission figure that when discussed with the Royston branch was not agreed. I had to provide proof that this had been agreed, which seemed unprofessional. That said, once they found a buyer the process was excellent and I have had no problems with dealing with the Royston branch. I would recommend using Ensum Brown Royston.

One reason we chose Ensum Brown was down to the positive reviews - and having just completed on a house sale, they have proved our decision was a good one.
