GoogleWe were very lucky to choose a house represented by Ensum Brown. We needed to move very quickly and were super concerned about it being at a bottom of a chain. They confidently guided us through the process, and even though there was a legal complication in the way, it happened! 12 weeks after making an offer we received the keys and nice flowers from Ensum Brown

GoogleRecently bought a house where Ensum Brown were acting as our sellers estate agent. Had a great experience as first time buyers, from our viewings through to purchase. Ensum Brown were super helpful and lovely to deal with (especially Sarah Leach) and helped us get lots of questions answered quicker than our solicitor. Would recommend and use again in the future!

GoogleI'd highly recommend Ensum Brown to other landlords/potential landlords. From the first point of contact they were proactive and enthusiastic about our property. We felt reassured they would do the due diligence to find us great tenants and maximise our rental income. I'm sure they have vast numbers of properties and clients but we truly felt like we were a priority for them. Every member of staff was brilliant from the Director of Sales to the Property Manager to the photographer. The photography in particular was fantastic and showed our property in its best light. Communication is also super easy so any query or issue can be dealt with very quickly. In summary, we are extremely glad that we chose Ensum Brown over other agents.

GoogleThe whole EB team, and Fiona Payne in particular, we’re absolutely amazing. Patient, responsive, empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, caring, solid and just generally fantastic. Fiona kept the sale on track for a protracted period that was solely my fault. If I had used another agent the sale would have fallen through, without Fiona’s care and attention. I am eternally grateful. I strongly recommend that you use Fiona and that you use EB! Thank you!

GoogleThe staff at Emsum Brown Royston were absolutely brilliant every step of the way of our first house purchase experience. They were quick to respond to our enquiries throughout, helped us to arrange multiple viewings in one day because we were travelling from a distance, and were extremely helpful during the offer and purchase process. They are extremely knowledgeable and ensured great communication between us and the vendor of the property we ended up purchasing. When we picked up our keys, a member of their team even turned up to congratulate us with a beautiful bunch of flowers. Buying your first home can be so overwhelming and they made it such a positive and exciting experience. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend them. They gave us excellent advice on pricing strategies, got our property on the market super quickly and created excellent marketing materials. They were quick to respond and kept us very well informed throughout the process. They sold our house after just one viewing, after months and months of being very frustrated with the service we received from another agent. GoogleWe have just brought a house through Ensum Brown Royston. We've dealt with around 10 estate agents the last few years and have only been impressed with 2 of them, one of which is Ensum Brown. When viewing the house and negotiating the sale, Mitchell was excellent, not pushy and very responsive. The sale went through smoothly, Sarah was great at keeping us updated near to exchange/completion. Flowers delivered to our door by one of the team the day after we moved in was a lovely touch. GoogleUndervalued my house sale by 80K! House viewings carried by guys who really didnt know much about any of the properties at all. would not use them
Hi Matthew, thanks for the feedback. As I'm sure you are aware, with individual properties, valuations are subjective. Initial valuations are not those that we always market a property at and we would have consultations. We also have the unique ability to try and test the market and pricing at higher levels first to ensure we do maximise a price. This often results in us achieving very significantly higher prices on individual properties through our private testing channels, but without risk of over valuation. We would have gone through this process with you if we had been instructed. However, the marketing price was not that level difference from initial valuation. In regards to your viewing feedback, we take this on board. On the day of your viewing we had a new trainee and we believe in giving everyone an opportunity to learn and train and then get feedback to help them improve and develop their career. In general, we have the most experienced team in the area, many with 10 or 20 years + experience, allowing us to nurture future talent as well and give all an opportunity. Please let us take this opportunity to wish you all the best with your move.

GoogleWe have used Ensum Brown services to sell our house in Royston. We listed in January 2024 and have completed the transaction in July 2024. I agree with previous comments- Sarah in the closing team makes all the difference...the woman does not stop chasing different parts of the chain when required and she is knowledgeable, transparent, honest and helpful. I have recommended Ensum Brown far and wide.
