Mitchell was a great help, obtaining estimates from their panel trades and arranging for work to be done. The sale itself had some legal challenges and Mitchell and his Sales Progression Team (Fiona in particular) were fantastic, working tirelessly with solicitors and other third parties, to see the sale through.
