By far the best agent I have worked with in nearly 40 years! From outset to completion of sale I cannot recommend this agency enough. Fraser, Neil and Erin worked professionally and swiftly which enabled a very quick sale and at each point we were kept up to date with viewings and offers put forward to us. Overall we had a good experience with Ensum Brown. From the beginning we had a smooth process with the house viewing and they managed to squeeze us in at short notice. Ensum Brown have a very useful Faceboon page that allows you see check out properties that are soon to be coming on the market. The offer process was simple and well managed. Later in the process Sarah Leach was a great person to have on our side when our chain was stalling and really pushed things forward by hitting the phones. Communication is key and Sarah was always quick to pick up the phone and keep us up to date. Without Sarah we would have been totally in the dark and we are grateful for her hard work liaising with solicitors and the estate agent we were selling with.
