GoogleI was amazed at the difference between agents when recently looking for a rental property. Ben was far and away the most responsive to my emails, understood our requirements, and was clearly putting the effort in, to find us a suitable home. This contrasted sharply with some very negative experiences elsewhere. Finding a home can be really difficult, and Ben was constantly positive and forward looking, it was a pleasure to deal with him.

GoogleThese are genuine and truely helpful and caring and epically effective estate agents! From Erin who joins two chains together and gave me genuine honest advice that given it was October that myself being into the property I was viewing by Xmas was unlikely. To Sarah Leach who managed to manage a large chain and get it across the exchange (and complete *touchwood*) line before Xmas was truly amazing. She was also, honest open and most responsive and clear. For myself who was buying alone, having estate agents who I can trust and talk to was invaluable in making this stressful process so so much less stressful. Thank you guys!

GoogleWe recently used EB to market and hopefully sell our property and they didn't disappoint. It had taken 2 years for us to decide to sell and the property we found to buy was a new build so time was against us with regards to confirming a buyer for our house. From the 1st interaction with Fraser through to aftercare with Sarah the whole process has been amazing and stress free. A buyer was found who had been qualified prior to viewing and everything has progressed incredibly smoothly. I would highly recommend all of the team at EB for managing any future property sales.

GoogleEnsum Brown, Alex, Abi and Fiona were fantastic from start to finish. They quickly sold our house (within a week of marketing) and although we originally lost the house we were hoping to buy, they immediately called us as soon as it came back on the market which we went on to buy. Abi and Fiona communicated with us throughout the solicitor process and kept things moving as quickly as they could. I would highly recommend them

GoogleNeil and his team have been fantastic in selling our house. The marketing is a cut above all of the other agents in the area which really helped to make our property stand out amongst the rest. Massively helpful in getting the sale across the line (and speeding up the solicitors) was Sarah. Sarah was absolutely brilliant at keeping us informed as to how the sale was progressing and towards the end when we were waiting for either sides solicitors to answer questions , she chased them constantly and phoned us daily to update us. I couldn't recommend Ensum Brown enough
