Fantastic experience. Refreshingly honest and very helpful throughout the home-buying process. Alex was the agent who showed us around and gave us helpful information and advice which eventually led to an offer. From there, the process was handled by Fiona who was incredibly reassuring and proactive at getting things done. For context, from the time we had a mortgage offer, to the time we completed, we saw three prime ministers, and mortgage rates doubling, which added to the already existing stress of buying a home.

Where do I begin! Sarah from Ensum Brown was literally a God send during the buying process. She listened to my fears and was always available when I didn't understand something or needed assistance in anyway pertaining to buying our first home. She's funny and completely transparent and kept her cool even though i know I gave her a head ache I few times. She ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS got back to me and never made us feel as though our questions were too insignificant to answer. She listened to every single concern and if she didn't know she was honest and helped me look for the right information! This woman deserves a trophy and a doubled salary! The way she was able to maneuver between so many different party really amazes me truly all while making me feel like we were her only clients! Lovvveee Sarah to bits! What I appreciate most is even when there was no news she called to say there's no update, so I didn't have to worry if I've missed something. Our surveyor's were absolutely RUBBISH which meant Sarah was doing 2 jobs her normal one and making sure i understood each step of the process! I cannot thank her enough!! She is an absolute gem, words cannot express how amazing she has been. I wish everyone in the house process was like her she is just truly Amazing

I can’t recommend Ensum Brown enough they did a fantastic job marketing our property and securing a buyer. However, the real differentiator was their sales progression team, in particular Fiona Payne who went absolutely above and beyond to push our house sale through despite having a complex and difficult chain. Fiona was working on our house sale daily chasing up numerous solicitors and vendors (as well as myself!) diligently, politely and professionally ensuring things were moving and issues were being dealt with. In summary I’d highly recommend Ensum Brown to any house sellers particularly if you’re fortunate enough to have Fiona working on your sale!

Ridiculously located in a cafe, very unprofessional Edit: in response to the business response (which was a tad sarcastic I must say), I would not use a business working out of a cafe as it is unprofessional, especially when it involves one of the biggest transactions in your life. When I arrived all I could see was a packed cafe and was overwhelmed by the strong coffee smell, this was a poor first impression so I left. Reviews for a business are not just for the service, but encompass all aspects, including location/premises. In my view this put me off, but each to their own.
