GoogleThese folks were great. We had some issues over needing additional reports to prove our house was fit to mortgage and they knew someone for the job on each occasion. They smoothed the process no end and secured a sale at the end. Well worth their fee!

GoogleMartin at Ellisons Wimbledon is very professional, friendly and helpful. he's also very patient, which comes in handy with indecisive buyers like us. What we like most about him is that he always gives us honest opinions which we really appreciate. When we needed help to find a good mortgage broker, solicitor or builder, he was happy to help. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy in the Wimbledon area.

FacebookHow about a little respect for the communities that you operate in by not literally attaching your 'Let By' billboards to street signs. Have you let the street on behalf of the council? Have you let every single property on the street? It's not your property, or your clients property, so why you think you have a right to erect them is beyond me.

GoogleGreat service! Not knowing much about selling property I was a little apprehensive so I'm really pleased I walked into Ellisons. The team were so helpful and made each step a lot simpler than I was expecting. I will recommend them to my friends. Thanks again!

GoogleWould like not to put any star- but have to for review purposes. First time buyers purchasing in Raynes Park area. Rowan Tickner (assistant manager) was our agent and his handling of our purchase was shocking. They failed to mention the property had a history of knotweed causing us to pursue the purchase until this was brought to light by our solicitors. Knotweed is identified as 'material fact' in the guidance to consumer protection regulations- meaning that its presence must be disclosed by the agent. What then happened was extraordinary Rowan turned into a specialist in the matter and a torrent of malicious/abusive emails ensued, refusing to answer our questions as his client. Duty of care= un-professional. Customer Service from Rowan= appalling.

FacebookDon't rent a property managed by Ellisons. They don't care at all about the properties or the tenants. We had multiple issues with our property when we moved in which took over a month to fix. Despite marketing themselves as a premium estate agents, the 1 bed flat we rented was terrible and needs to be completely renovated. We were forced to steam clean a heavily stained carpet that was 20 years old, were left without a fridge and oven for 2 weeks, as well as other basic maintenance issues which weren't rectified e.g. Mould in the bathroom when we moved in, dirty fixtures, broken sliding wardrobe doors, broken drawers. The property was marketed with all the landlords dilapidated fixtures hidden in the loft and when we asked for them to be removed when we discovered them when we moved in we were told no. Everything is always a battle with these people, especially getting our deposit back. In the end, after being threatened multiple times with arbitration, we gave up and agreed. Even if you find your dream place, do not rent a property managed by Ellisons.

FacebookWhen I instructed Ellisons to sell my house I was looking for straight forward professional advice, pro-activity, regular communication, transparency, and results. They over delivered on my expectations and I really felt they worked in my best interests which in my experience isn't always the case with estate agents. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

FacebookDon't rent a property from this lot! The owner of Ellisons was also our landlord, and I've just won my deposit back after going through the arbitration process. Prior to this, here's the highlights:
1). They claimed a leak (which stopped nearly a year before) meant they could force us out of the flat before the end of the tenancy. Despite saying we were getting married within 3 weeks of the kick out date and could we have an extra month, this was ignored
2). The leak was a lie - they actually wanted to build a 2nd bedroom
3). Despite the above, they still forced us to professionally clean the flat. It cost £200 just to be clean for 1 day before the builders started smashing up the place
4). They tried to charge us £800 for a few scratches on the cheap wood flooring after being there for 3 years, giving no leeway for normal wear and tear.
All in all, a pretty atrocious way to treat tenants who paid his mortgage for 3 years. Use them at your peril.
