GoogleI'm quite disappointed with their services. The agent may think my boyfriend and I weren't their potential customer so they were not responsive. The flat we were viewing was very nice and well located. We asked a couple of questions on site and the agent said the details were on the website but I couldn't find them. GoogleLast year I put a house on the market using the services of Ed Dempsey & Associates. It was a particularly difficult sale, not only because of Covid19 but the property had been under renovation and I was not in a position to proceed any further with the completion of the works. Ed came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. He did a wonderful job in presenting the house, complete with excellent professional photographs, 360 degree views and a virtual reality tour of the whole house. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis regarding progress in relation to enquiries and interest in the property. He personally kept an eye on the property as I was based some distance away and due to travel restrictions was unable to visit the house myself. The sale of the house was completed to my satisfaction, with all its complications and problems which Ed undertook and resolved. GoogleTwice I have used this company to sell properties under challenging circumstances and I have had a very positive outcome and experience on both occasions. Ed is passionate about his work and is not afraid to dole out tough advice in order to achieve the best outcome. Barry has a fantastic can do attitude and an understanding that it is the little things that get a sale across the line. The office staff are excellent at backing them up also. It isn't often that you come across a company that is willing to 'tell you like it is' as opposed to overselling you just to get your business. They are client centered and understanding. His knowledge, manner and professionalism are second to none but, most importantly, he keeps you constantly appraised of the status of the purchase/sale.
