Googlei initially spoke to 3 other real estates to get a feel of things but after i spoke to ed dempsey i felt very relaxed,confident and at real ease,eds associate barry mcormack took things from there and left no stone unturned,barry went above and beyond from a salesman to a friend that we became,very thorough and professional in his work and a real credit to the company,kept me up to date on the viewings and interest constantly and always on the phone to answer any queries i had,worked tirelessly day and night and i was very happy with outcome of the price of sale of my proprety in blackrock,nothing was too much trouble including giving me a dig out in the rain one day i was stuck in moving a few items from my apta proper gent...5 star experience

Barry managed to deliver exactly what we asked for and in a short space of time (only one viewing needed!). Very professional and courtious all the way through and the focus was not how much money can be made, more so about the right tennant. Barry made a daunting process into a great experience giving solid support and advice along the way, at every stage of the process we really did feel Barry had our best interest front of mind. GoogleThe team at Ed Dempsey & Associates adds new meaning to the term, "Going above and beyond the call of duty." As a non-resident who was trying to sell a property in Dublin, the prospect was daunting. At each step, however, Barry McCormack, the main agent who was managing the sale, stepped up to the plate... and then some! Guidance, reassurances and information (including replies to the many questions which I had along the way) were always on point and delivered in a timely fashion. When you are trying to sell a property from thousands of miles away, communication is key. These guys never once faltered in this regard. Access to their online bidding platform meant that I could keep track, in real time, of bids which were coming in. Barry McCormack treated this as if he was selling his own property - always quick and ready to assist, even when the boiler needed replacing - a job which I would not have considered to be theirs to sort out. In the end, the unit sold for more than the asking price. Which vendor is not delighted at such an outcome? Based on the experience I've had with the team at Ed Dempsey & Associates, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They delivered a service which, though professional, was still encased in a kindness that made it feel like we were long-time friends.

GoogleI've recently sold my apartment in City Centre Dublin. Ed Dempsey and Barry McCormick advised me on the sale. I have had an ongoing conversation with them for two years as my apartment has some existing issues which meant a successful sale yet alone achieving a decent price was always going to be a challenge. Over the time I worked with Ed and Barry, they were always punctual, professional and motivated to get me the best possible buyer. There was a hiccup in the middle of the process and I was tempted to sell the property at a deeply discounted price just to be shot of the stress the property had given me over a number of years. This is where their rue value shone through, they argued with me not to take the lower price and put the apartment up for auction having seen a tranaction fall through due to admin errors on my side. We completed a successful sale last week at a price nearly 15% above the previous agreed sale and a staggering 22% above the lower bid I nearly transacted on when I was at my wits end. The guys are fantastic and their advice is rock solid. I paid them above the market rate on their commission and I was happy to, becasue plain and simple, they knew their area of expertise backwards. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in Dublin.

GoogleFirstly, I have to declare that I had, prior to COVID, provided IT services to Ed Dempsey & Associates for a couple of years. I have not worked with them since, but I was still happy to engage them to sell a property on the family's behalf. Selling a house is not something I know anything about so I had to have somebody I felt I could trust selling the house. Barry was my agent and he kept me informed of proceedings right through to closing. He put up with all my questions and my preference put it on the market at a realistic asking price rather than the AMV. In the end, it closed a little above the asking which was very acceptable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barry and Ed to look after the sale of your property.
