GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Durden and Hunt and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, James went above and beyond as my real estate agent, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. He made the entire process of renting out the property seamless and stress-free. James was so impressive that I ended up getting him a bottle of wine as a small thank you, I hope he enjoyed it because he truly earned it! Jane, the administrator, was equally fantastic. She was attentive, efficient, and handled all the booking and paperwork details with such care and precision, it made a world of difference. A special mention also goes to the photographer (whose name I can’t recall, but wish I could!), he was brilliant. Professional, creative, and clearly experienced, he really captured the property beautifully and helped present it in the best possible light. Since the property has been rented, Paul has taken over communication and has been just as professional and responsive, keeping everything running smoothly and giving me great peace of mind. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team. If you're looking for a real estate agency that combines expertise with genuine care, Durden and Hunt should be your first call.

GoogleI used Durden and Hunt (Hornchurch branch) to sell my property. Ross was very efficient and knowledgeable. The estate agent fees were very reasonable compared with other estate agents. Once I had a buyer, Amanda took over on the sales progression side keeping me updated regularly and progressing the sale! Communication was Great!

GoogleI bought a house through Durden & Hunt in September this year. The process was easy and the staff were very helpful. James was the agent and Amanda was the sales progressor. James was very approachable and friendly and we never felt like he was trying to oversell or push us into making a decision, he gave us plenty of time to make decisions and was happy to take us for repeat viewings. Amanda was a fantastic sales progressor, she would chase almost daily (which is a good thing) and I really felt confident that she wanted to get things moved as quickly as possible. In the end I think we managed to get from offer to exchange in about 9 weeks which is pretty good going. I would thoroughly recommend using them in the area as I did not have close to the same sales experience with other larger agents in the area.

GoogleI have recently used Durden and Hunt to sell my property and I must say their service was out of this world. The team really worked hard. It started with a leaflet that was put through my mailbox which I used to make contact. Ross Chimes took the call and came in to value the property and explain the process and managed my expectations well. He listened to my requests and provided options. The Pictures were taken and the house was on the market at the time and date as promised The team that handled the viewings and bookings, Ross, Grace Shepherd and Ciara Clark were superstars. They accommodated the potential buyers requests and made themselves available for viewing while I was in and even when no one was at home. I trusted them with my keys to come and go whenever a request was made. They worked around our availability and showed respect for the times we could not have allowed viewings. Amanda Stark, came into the picture to nicely wrap everything up after the offer was made and accepted for the sale of the property. Amanda pushed through all the bottle necks between the two lawyers and the buyer. She pressed the lawyers for progress updates and she even worked with the estate agent for the property that I am buying to ensure that my purchase was going ahead smoothly. It has been truly a pleasure working with you all. A big thank you to you all and all the best!!

GoogleMy experience with Durden & Hunt has been very positive and I've found them to be very helpful and professional. They were very pro-active with the viewings, getting lots of prospective buyers in to see the property, and keeping us updated on a regular basis. We were very fortunate to find a 1st time buyer and thus with the assistance of D&H and our solicitors, were able to exchange contracts within 5-weeks of accepting an offer. As an added bonus, D&H fees were significantly less than our previous estate agent. I can thoroughly recommend using Durden & Hunt.
