GoogleThanks to Daniel and the rest of Durden and Hunt staff for we have finally got our own home. It was last feb when we first viewed the property as recommended by Daniel then a week after we proposed our offer and got accepted. It was a 5 month long journey in securing the property, but it was all worth it. Thanks for your continued support that made all transactions smooth and hassle free.

Despite a challenging chain of 9 parties, Amanda handled everything with absolute professionalism and dedication. She was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to queries and kept us updated at every stage. What really stood out was how she proactively chased solicitors, vendors, and other agents across the chain to keep things moving. Her persistence and communication skills were key in getting this purchase over the line. We truly felt she was actively involved in the purchase and making sure things went smoothly for everyone involved.

GoogleDurden & Hunt have been extremely helpful throughout what’s been a very stressful and lengthy process. Amanda and Ross have both been an amazing help and have kept me sane throughout my move. They have both always provided me with honest updates and not just given me information I want to hear. I’m hopefully not moving any time in the next 30 years! But if I was, I’d be calling Amanda & Ross up straight away. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking at either selling or purchasing their house. Thanks so much D&H gang!

From the very beginning, James went above and beyond as my real estate agent, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. He made the entire process of renting out the property seamless and stress-free. James was so impressive that I ended up getting him a bottle of wine as a small thank you, I hope he enjoyed it because he truly earned it! Jane, the administrator, was equally fantastic. She was attentive, efficient, and handled all the booking and paperwork details with such care and precision, it made a world of difference. A special mention also goes to the photographer (whose name I can’t recall, but wish I could!), he was brilliant. Professional, creative, and clearly experienced, he really captured the property beautifully and helped present it in the best possible light. Since the property has been rented, Paul has taken over communication and has been just as professional and responsive, keeping everything running smoothly and giving me great peace of mind. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team. If you're looking for a real estate agency that combines expertise with genuine care, Durden and Hunt should be your first call.
