I cannot recommend Durden and Hunt highly enough. We recently used them for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. The entire team Ross, Dan, Grace, Ciara and Amanda who has sadly moved from the Hornchurch branch to Colchester are the kindest, most hardworking team and they were absolutely brilliant working with myself and my mum who suffers with anxiety. They were so patient and helpful with her and nothing was too much for them. We received regular updates, and Ross and Amanda in particular were always one step ahead of the solicitors, which kept the momentum going. The entire team are such a credit to this company. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you all so much. We are very grateful to have found such amazing people.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Durden and Hunt - Hornchurch during what was a very stressful move. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, they never once avoided my (often stressed!) phone calls and were always patient, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the process. No matter how busy they were, they always made time to support us, which made a huge difference. Ciara was fantastic right from the beginning, taking control of the viewings and presenting our property beautifully to potential buyers. Her professionalism and enthusiasm really stood out. Ross completely understood what we were looking for in a future home and found us the perfect property in the perfect area, we couldn’t be happier with our new home. Ross and Amanda were absolutely instrumental in pushing our sale through a particularly difficult chain. What can I say? Ross and Dan, were so patient with me when trying to sell my house, but wow did they try their hardest to also find me a house, they knew exactly what my fussy self would like and showed me homes I wouldn’t have considered myself but ended up loving, kind of reinstated that sometimes estate agents aren’t evil and do know what they are doing. Ciara and grace were also great with updating me on viewings on my sale etc. I have to give a special massive shout out to Amanda the sales progressor! Finally met my match in terms of tenacity and just being on it to get my sale over the line. She’s a god send in what has been such a stressful time of my life. We finally exchanged yesterday and it’s all thanks to Amanda! Would easily use Durden and hunt again if I decide to torture myself by moving again as they do make it so much less painful.
