GoogleAbsolutely outstanding. I cannot praise this Agency any higher. Dave, Joanne, admin staff and, of course, Duncan himself, were incredibly professional from start to finish. I honestly would have been in the wilderness without them. Highly recommended in all areas.

GoogleI would highly recommend these agents in Potters Bar. Everyone we met were both friendly and accommodating. With that said, David went out of his way by providing transportation for us to view properties as we often travelled to Potters Bar by train. This is a service that is not always given with other agents. He was genuine and listened to what we wanted in a property and never pushed as he wanted us to find a property that was right for us. In future he will be the first person we will go to when we are ready to upgrade properties.

GoogleI would highly recommend Duncan Perry Estate Agents. From beginning to end they acted professionally and were polite and considerate to the situation. The advice given was accurate and I never felt that excuses were being given, for example, it's due to Brexit!! A first class service, which made the whole experience of selling a property a pleasant one.

GoogleDuncan Perry helped me to sell my home in 2019. They were fantastic! I had David and Jo working with me on my house sale and from the start, they were amazing. Kind, patient and so accommodating to work around me and my busy work schedule. The whole process was so easy and if I needed questions answered I could call or email at any time and have the answer given to me straight away. They didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance if I had to ask for something again or wouldn't argue with me if they felt I was making a wrong decision or choice which some estate agents would. I couldn't recommend Duncan Perry Estate Agents any more! They are amazing. Thanks again David!

Always on hand to speak to, ask questions and track the progress of sale every step of the way, or even just for a nice chat to calm the nerves about moving :D it made moving out so much easier. GoogleDuncan Perry have just successfully completed the sale of my house. It's never easy selling your house, particularly in the housing market of the last few months, but DP have provided an excellent service. They provided a fair and achievable valuation, David coordinated interested parties and negotiated on my behalf and then kept in constant touch with the buyer and regularly updated me on progress. Over many years, DP have provided a consistently high level of integrity and professionalism in the estate agency service they offer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Duncan Perry to find tenants for rental properties or to sell your property.

GoogleResponsive and gets things done. I was with another agent for 6 months and only had 12 viewings. With Duncan I had an offer within a few days and he was proactive in helping get the transaction through.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Duncan Perry. Even though our house took over a year to sell - the bottom of the chain broke down twice - Duncan Perry were professional, energetic and supportive all the way through the process. Highly recommended.

GoogleSale of house December 2019 We decided to put our house on the market earlier in the year. Duncan personally arranged everything, we could not have been in safer hands. Within 2 weeks everything was good-to-go with regards the sale; a buyer was found very quickly, but my husband’s planned surgery then had to take priority. The sale had to be halted for a number of weeks. After my husband’s recovery we were back on the market, with Duncan Perry, a new buyer was found, purchase agreed and offer made on our next home. Our offer was accepted and solicitors were engaged. Then disaster, cancer problem, we had to cancel everything. We fully expected to pay estate agent fees, Duncan would not take a payment. We fully expected to pay solicitor fees, the solicitor would not take a payment either. We cannot praise Duncan Perry enough for his understanding and professionalism. Mr & Mrs Grahame

GoogleDuring a property inspection (rented a house with them) found out they were going through my personal belongings. Like opening cupboards and wardrobes and stuff, not happy.
Having read your review I think you must have the wrong Estate Agent because as far as we can see we do not recognise you as a tenant in one of our properties which we manage. I can assure you that under no circumstances would our Property Manager with many years’ experience would ever touch anyone’s belongings. If you are sure that it is our agency we would need to have the property address please so we can identify you and investigate further.
