GoogleWe would highly recommend Dowens(Durham). Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. We dealt mostly with Sally who was helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for her dealing with our queries. On the rental side we own property which we rent out through Dowens. Again everyone was so helpful and friendly, starting with John who explained everything and made it so simple. Also Dawn who deals with the lettings has been so helpful too. Would use Dowens Durham again and have recommended them to our friends.

GoogleWe used Dowen Estate Agents in Durham to find a tenant for a rental property recently. I found the staff, in particular Dawn, to be very friendly and helpful. They did all the relevant credit checks and all the paperwork to set up the contracts with a new tenant. I found the whole procedure very easy as most of the work was completed by the agents on my behalf. I would consider using Dowens again in the future.

GoogleDowen (Durham) have provided a fantastic service. From the start they were proactive without being pushy, and helped me sell my house in a matter of days. I receive regular calls from the sales team to update me on progress, and John has gone above and beyond in helping me negotiate the purchase of a new home. Selling and buying a house can be incredibly stressful but Dowen took some of the burden away from me. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

GoogleHi id really like to recommend Dowen if you are selling your home or renting, very impressed with the service i received ,particularly Thomas who has helped me through this process he is friendly and very helpful cant fault him at all .I did have my home up for sale with another estate agent for a month before going with Dowen but had no viewings at all,once it was advertised with Dowen i had viewings straight away and sold my property within 2 weeks of being with them very happy indeed. I would definitely use Dowen again in the future if i move again excellent service very happy with a big thank you to Thomas .

Firstly Sally was extremely helpful and efficient with the house purchase, and the letting of the property has been handled brilliantly by Dawn Teggert who has dealt superbly with ensuring both the tenants and landlords are happy at all times. GoogleThe staff at Dowen (Durham) were great from start to finish in the sale of our property. Our House was on the market for less than a week before we had a buyer and the sale was completed within a month and a lot of that was down to the service that Dowen provided us. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to John, Sally and Thomas for all the assistance and service you provided us and would definitely recommend you to family and friends who are looking to buy/sell property in the future. GoogleFantastic service from the Durham office from beginning to end. The staff are very proactive and got us a sale within 3 days. They (Mandy) kept us updated on progress, without prompting, not only about our buyer but also where everyone else in the chain was. We got more information from Dowen than from our solicitor. We have no hesitation in recommending Dowen and would use them again for future sales.
