Just been up here to view the homes not very helpful one bit. Person turned up late no show homes open, she didn't even sit me down to speak. Really bad service I'll be taking my money else where.

A nice estate of houses being built on Sydney road at affordable prices, plus very modern looking.plus it is set in a nice convenient location for traveling to different locations of interest in the area

Good lord, I didn't have such an infuriating phone call with a representative in a long time. Her annoyance of having to repeat herself was palpable. Disinterest mixed with a good portion, what felt like, having given up on life, to the point that I eventually hung up because I felt like a burden to her. She was almost redundant in her attitude with the sheer lack of joy or any willingness to assist.

Fantastic builders and team. Building beautiful houses. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Update: error was eventually addressed and I've been compensated for the parts ordered, after a few emails. Poor customer service after the sale, and not willing to own up to mistakes. They directed me to order add-ons for my kitchen from the wrong supplier by providing incorrect information in the welcome pack. Moreover, the wrong supplier had my property in their database with the wrong kitchen, information given by David Wilson.

Amazing homes and fabulous interior designs to save space and energy. These homes are a little expensive but its definitely worth it. The nice range of flowers, bushes, Palm trees all give these houses a nice character. David Wilson are very helpful and are there to help you with whatever you need. I know the builders are still building the other houses near Spring Road but I have absolutely no doubt that these will be superb. Really appreciate the work you are doing, David Wilson, so I took a few pictures...
