GoogleVery disappointed with the after-sales service from David Wilson Homes. We bought a brand-new home just one month ago and discovered the internal fibre cable is faulty, leaving us without internet. Instead of resolving the issue properly, we've been told invasive work may be needed in a newly built property. The response from customer service has been slow and unhelpful. I expected much better quality and support from a major developer. Sadly, I would not recommend their after-sales service.

GoogleI recently bought a house and I am extremely satisfied with the entire buying experience. The sales team, Paul, Christina, and Juelee, were absolutely amazing: professional, supportive, and always ready to help.

GoogleLovely new house development in Crewe. Helpful sales and maintenance staff who will go well beyond their duty to help and advise. Beautiful show houses. Unfortunately - as I found out later one, the new houses need a lot more finishing work such as small painting jobs, gaps between the floor boards and skirting, unfinished installations, unpainted window seals, untidy outer spaces, hanging cables, unhinged doors, and plenty more little snags. Worth booking an independent building surveyor before handing the deposit!
