GoogleUpdate: error was eventually addressed and I've been compensated for the parts ordered, after a few emails.
Poor customer service after the sale, and not willing to own up to mistakes. They directed me to order add-ons for my kitchen from the wrong supplier by providing incorrect information in the welcome pack. Moreover, the wrong supplier had my property in their database with the wrong kitchen, information given by David Wilson.

GoogleThey promised no parking on the estate entry road and the lorry drivers from the near industrial estate are parking all day long and use the bushes as toilets! This makes Dunstall Park a really lovely place to live. No answer on this after I sent multiple emails they just ignore it! And yes.. lots of snags still open after 3 years, run as fast as you can.
