We absolutely love our home, it has been the perfect first home for us and we cannot fault the sales team at the Dandara Hazlewood Development. Donald Watson helped us through every step and was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with! We have had hardly any snagging and any snagging we had was dealt with promptly. We are very happy with the service and you can tell the quality of home is to a high standard with all the high quality finishings and spacious rooms.

We have recently bought a new house on the Reayrt Mie development in Ballasalla . From start to finish Dandara have provided a first class customer service experience from their excellent sales staff in the Douglas office ( Sally Barrow in particular) to their onsite maintenance and snagging Man (Artur). Any minor problems we have encountered have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner and I would whole heartedly recommend purchasing your new home from them.

An exceptional team here at the Hazelwood Development. From the start to the finish, I cannot fault the service I have received from the sales team through to the customer care team. The care and the reassurance of purchasing my home, made it very easy on ourselves in what can be a very stressful period in our lives, however not with Donald , he was very efficient and I absolutely love my house here.

I have always found the team to handle our tenancy very effectively. Whenever a change of tenant has taken place the change-over has been seamless and any minor repairs are dealt with quickly. I have been kept informed of any changes in legislation e.g. electrical inspections and owners’ responsibilities e.g. complying with building insurers requirements.Overall, I’m very happy with the efficient and courteous service provided by the team in Jersey.Doug N
