TrustpilotFabulous customer service
We have been renting through Dandara Jersey lettings for more than ten years in different properties and have always had entirely positive experiences with them. Samantha is always helpful, polite and highly efficient- if anything is wrong where we live we can be confident it will put right as soon as possible. Written communications are always clear and courteous and she is just as delightful and professional in person, as are her colleagues. We are very happy with the service we receive and would recommend highly.
It's wonderful to hear you'd recommend us, thank you! Great to hear you've had such a positive experience.

TrustpilotThe Pantiles
As I was taking my usual morning stroll along the Pantiles, I have often peered into the marketing suite and thought about a move. As an older gentleman it is a big decision and change I felt nervous about approaching. Looking at the window a lovely young man approached - Excuse my memory I don't quite remember his name but he had swept back ginger hair and a jolly face. This young man was extremely helpful, informative and took the time to take things slowly as is my preference - he even held my stick and acted as my escort as he showed me all he had to offer. I am going to take the next step - he really made an impression.
What a wonderful review, thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us. We really hope you take the next step in your move with us, we look forward to welcoming you back.

TrustpilotThe Best Service
I bought from Dandara (Jersey) in 2017. From the beginning through to handing over and being looked after by the Customer Care team it was first class and I received exceptional service. Everyone involved in the process gives 100% and I can't fault the process. I would recommend purchasing (or renting) from Dandara to anyone.
Thank you so much for your great review!

TrustpilotThe Dandara Experience
I have been living in my Dandara apartment now for just over 3 years having bought off plan. The girls are great if I’ve had to pop into the sales shop in town to ask for any advice and from the beginning Katrina was my ‘go to’ person answering any questions I had and offering help and advice making the decision to purchase an apartment an easy choice.I have never been disappointed in my decision, not only is it a great location and good size apartment, the services provided also make life easy as I don’t have to think about rates and building insurance as that’s all taken care of in the service charges together with the maintenance of the buildings internally and externally including the carpark area. I would definitely use Dandara again for the whole package provided and a stress free living experience.
It's wonderful to hear you've had such a good experience with your new home and the team, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

TrustpilotSt Michaels Park, Stewkley
As a first time buyer, buying a house off plan all seemed very daunting. I had no idea what I was doing. Kelly at Stewkley has guided me through every step bit by bit. She has been completely fantastic. Dandara seem to have got every question answered or covered. From the initial contact, to reservation, kitchen choices and beyond I have felt reassured and confident in the details and information I have been given. The guidance has been gratefully received and truly brilliant.Having then been to see a completed Dandara development the finishing touches in the home have made me feel even more relaxed. I am very excited for when my house is completed, this is all thanks to Kelly!
We're so pleased Kelly was able to help! Thank you so much for taking them time to leave a review. It will be great to welcome you into your new home.

I visited the new River View Dandara development last week and was amazed at the quality of the apartments and the fab customer service I got from the Sales Consultant, Sarah. The lady I have been speaking with Stewkley has been brilliant especially as I am nervous about buying something that is not yet built. She has gone out of her way to settle my nerves and I could have asked for anything more. Kelly went above and beyond showing me all the plans and shared different ideas with me. As soon as my plot is available, I’m reserving!!
That's fantastic to hear! Thank you for leaving such a great review and we hope you love your new home.

TrustpilotGreat team who have supported throughout
Our experience with Dandara has been positive from the very start with the welcome, professionalism and preparedness of the sales team at our original enquiry meeting being the best out of any other developers that we visited.Amy and Becky have been supportive and attentive and at no point pushy or rude even when I’m sure certain aspects of our process have been frustrating for them (e.g. the issues we had with my associates sale). They have pulled out all the stops to ensure we could move into our house on time which has been hugely important for us having a young family with no back up support. The welcome gift was a wonderful touch and we are looking forward to the community Halloween party that has been organised.I will reserve judgement on the build just yet as we haven’t even done our snagging list but early signs are positive with the site managers having been visible and offering their full support to fix any issues during the handover period.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review, we’re delighted you’re happy with your new home as well as the service you received. The team will be thrilled with your feedback and we're sure they will continue to impress.

TrustpilotI love my Dandra home
I love my Dandra home, this is my first time as a homeowner and our agent Susan Gordon was amazing. We did not feel pressured to buy our home, which there is no words to describe as it’s stunning. Susan was very helpful and patient with us, went over every detail of our property and kept us updated with the progress. Susan took the time and went out of her way to answer any question we had. We are excited to start our new adventure in our home and I would recommend dandra to others for beautiful homes and excellent agents.
