I rented a flat at Westmount Jersey through Dandara for three years. They were a great and professional landlord throughout my tenancy, proactively managing the flat and dealing with any issues that arose. I never had any issues with them, and would definitely use again in the future.

We are in the process of downsizing and are looking at purchasing a Dandara home at Hazledene Grange in Aberdeen. The sales staff have been extremely helpful, especially Andrea with whom we have had most contact. Any issues that we raised were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. Dandara are fortunate in having such an experienced and customer focussed sales team.

You’ll never guess who we bumped into 22 years on? Andrea Robertson. Andrea helped my husband and I buy our first home when we got married and we spent 7 happy years there, before moving on. Now we are looking for our new home nearer to Aberdeen and when we visited the show home Andrea could not be more helpful. Genuinely interested in us as customers, Andrea is really honest and has our best interests at heart. Andrea also helped my mum and dad purchase their home a few years back and again they had the highest levels of service from Andrea and still remember her fondly years later.

My advice is to avoid Dandara like the plague. We reserved a house at the Sweetings ( plot 67) and secured it with a deposit. Our buyer withdrew when we were about to sign contracts. Dandara assured us that everything was ok and said to re-market our house as the new house wouldn't be ready for at least 6 months anyway. We were in contact with the sales team constantly and they assured us that everything was ok. Out of the blue they rang us 2 days prior to Christmas 2022 to say that someone had enquired about plot 67, so they sold it to them. 'We can sell it' they said '28 days of no sale is in the small print'. We had trouble getting our full deposit back, but we did eventually. They said they refunded it as a 'Gesture of Goodwill'. They wouldn't contribute to our other losses like surveys and conveyancing fees, which they insisted that we needed when we were purchasing the house. Its a pity we can't give less than a 1 star rating because we'd put them into a negative rating. Good riddance to Dandara. We wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

After years of avoiding new builds because of what you were hearing about quality of build etc, Dandara in no way typify that sort of reputation. In all aspects they are a pleasure to deal with. The staff obviously all enjoy working for them, our main contact Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the development, and always very pleasant and engaging. The site staff also have been very cooperative and willing to deal with the few minor snagging issues we have had.

I’ve only given 3 stars as I’ve experienced a disappointing experience. I admit I’ve been here over the two years so I don’t qualify for any help with some shoddy work which I’ve found too late I know .House is built well , struggled with poor standard of garden but I’ve dealt with that myself. Big issue for me but a small job for Dandara was discovering the side garage door has never been finished off properly. Huge unfinished gaps all along the bottom of door . Flat no from customer service not even any advice. They shouldn’t have been allowed to get away with such poor work. Not what you pay good money for

Have excellent professional support from Dandara team over the years especially from Terri Booth and Brendan McGill both in terms if finding tenants and ensuring the maintenance/cleanliness of our apartment in between tenants. They have dealt with any queries with prompt responses. Very happy having them as our managing agents.

Relocating from UK to Jersey I was expecting the experience to be stressful, but Brendan at Dandara has been absolutely amazing! He understood that I had a Limited window in Jersey to view apartments and was so accommodating to get me booked in for viewings and really understood my wishlist which meant I found the perfect place exactly to my budget. He also helped to guide me in other areas / useful links and phone numbers to help me with my immigration, He really went above and beyond to help and I'm so grateful. Absolute star!

Myself and my partner are currently buying a home at the shawfair development in Edinburgh. I couldnt thank the team enough for making the process so easy. From the beginning of the process we have found Lauren, Carmella and Tracy to be extremely friendly, knowellegable and helpful. Each member of the team have been amazing in ensuring we understood the process and we felt very supported( being first time buyers this has been envaluable). The team have been avalible to us by phone and email at the drop of a hat and even aloud us plenty of time and visits to choose the perfect interiors. We recently visited the Dandara Hazelwood development in Aberdeen and we were impressed with the homes and the location. We spoke to a lady called Andrea Robertson who was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. All our questions were answered with the knowledge and understanding of someone who obviously enjoys and cares for the company she works for.

Poor customer service. The house is not even 2 years old and there's a leak from the shower into the hallway downstairs. They took a week to send someone to have a look and the person confirmed the tiles are badly fitted, so work is required on top of the plastering downstairs. I am 9 months pregnant and the engineer confirmed this should be done before the baby arrives due to noise and dust. Been chasing almost daily and have just been informed the person is off and they don't know when she will be back. They also don't have anyone else to help. I asked if I could have a private person do the work and ask for reimbursement and they said no.Now we have been unable to use my shower for over a week.It's a small estate with 32 houses, but everyone we spoke to when we moved in had complaints about Dandara. Unfortunately we can see why.
