Polite and friendly staff. Sometimes difficult to get hold off but always gave other contact numbers. I have always felt comfortable and supported by the Dandar staff. Brendan and Terri also the receptionist in the office is also friendly, helpful and a font of all knowledge

Dandara have exceeded expectations in every way since we moved in to the development at Foxhall Gait in Kirkliston. Everyone has been so helpful and are still continuing to assist us with things well after the initial settling-in period, special shout-outs to John and Lorraine for everything they’ve done for us.We were wary of buying a new build due to hearing some horror stories from people moving into unfinished developments by other builders, but our experience has been incredibly positive and it is one of the best decisions we have ever made.

I deal with Terri, Samantha and Brendon. They all reply very promptly to any queries I have. They communicate with each other, and if I ask the wrong question to the wrong person, they pass it on to the right person, which is great. I have been looked after for 5 years and haven’t got one bad word to say about their work structure, or ethics. They are a great team.

Paul, Yasmine and Steve at The Oaks development in Sharnbrook have been first class. From reservation with Yasmine and then Paul helping with progressing the purchase and handover of our new home and Steve ensuring the house was perfect for when we moved in. We had visited a large number of properties and new developments before visiting the Pippins development and meeting Joe. The contrast to our previous experience was notable. Joe presented the development extremely well (as you would expect) but then had every answer we needed to quite detailed questions on our part, which gave us great confidence. Dandara then delivered the house exactly as promised.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Pippins in Hamstreet, specifically the Chartwell Show Home, and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Our tour guide, Tommy, was a fantastic host, providing us with detailed information about the property and its features while keeping us entertained with his charming personality. His colleague, Beau or Joe, was equally pleasant and helpful.One of the standout features of the show home was the breakfast room, which my son absolutely loved. The space was bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. The built-in dog feature was a unique touch that added a playful and whimsical feel to the room. My son was thrilled with the idea of having a dog house built right into the house, and I'm sure his dog Rufus would have loved it too.Overall, The Pippins in Hamstreet left a great impression on me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality property. The attention to detail and unique features of the Chartwell Show Home, combined with the exceptional service from Tommy and his team, made for an unforgettable experience.

We met Jess and Andrew at The Sweetings in East Malling and were shown around the stunning show home by Jess. We were so impressed with the Development and the care and attention the staff showed us. We think that the Chartwell suits our needs in particular because of the downstairs office and double garage. Jess and Andrew talked us through everything without feeling that they were being pushy. My husband and I have completed the purchase of our new home and will be collecting our keys tomorrow. We are so pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of all the staff at Towerlands Park in Braintree, including Victoria and Jodie in the office, as well as the site managers: Jimmy, Dylan and Scott. We have been kept up to date every step of the way. They have always been able to answer any questions we have had and there hasn't been anything that has been too much trouble. They are genuinely excited for us to be completely happy when we move into our new home. We would definitely recommend buying your next home with them.

We are in the process of purchasing our home with Dandara at the Sweetings East Malling. So far we cannot fault the service we have received, with a special mention to Amy Emma and Andrew for all their hard work in supporting us through a very difficult journey to exchange. Their communication is consistent and clear, and they really have gone above and beyond to ensure all questions have been answered. We saw our finished home recently and the finishes both inside and our really are perfect. We are looking forward to finally moving in.
