We had an appointment with Susan at the Yew show home yesterday. Susan was very professional and very friendly. She provided lots of information about the property and future developments, plenty for us to mull over ahead of choosing our property.

Susan showed me around one of the three bedroom homes and was so helpful. She has been keeping in touch with me as I have property to sell so she understands my situation. Susan kindly said she would keep in touch with me about future developments as well. Susan gave me plenty of time to look round the property and answered all questions I had.

What a great unexpected visit we had support today viewing The Beech at Dandara today. Drive past and followed the signs to a view home. Susan met us at the property and very quickly ascertained that this property could meet our needs. Excellent explanation of the property, able to answer all our questions and also gave us some space to have a conversation as a couple about what we were seeing. Thanks to Susan for helping us on our Journey of finding a forever home.

We have been in the house a few months now but wanted to drop some feedback on living at Dandara Eskbank. The customer experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Jacqueline Bathgate couldn't do enough for us before and after we moved into our new house.The build quality on the house is of a very high standard and you can see that the tradesman take pride in the work they do. We recently converted part of our garage into a boot room and put in a new window to the rear of the house which required some render to match the existing wall. Stuart Barton helped us out, nothing is a bother to him and can't thank him enough.

Wife and I had a great experience on our visit on the 22nd of December 2023 to Dandara Grange sales home in Hazledene, where we met Suzan. Suzan was very polite and friendly, she love her openness and patience. She took her time to take us to see other properties in Hazlehead. She explained to us how we can either do a part exchange or put our existing property on sale in order to secure the Dandara one.

The whole experience of buying a house from Dandara has been as painless as it could possibly be. The sales team at Paddock View led by Jo were superb and really knew their stuff. The house is good quality, let down only by the fitment of cheap nasty unreliable Hoover/Candy white goods. However since they were thrown in for free it’s churlish to complain too much. That aside we’re delighted with the new house and the following customer service. Like all new homes it’s a blank canvass to work on, but a really solid base. Absolutely recommend.

Paddock View Yapton West Sussex. Have just had a terrible customer service situation with Dandara customer care southern. Having bought a new home here and had a good experience I am shocked at the complete lack of care I have just been shown now I am a resident. Clearly once they have your money moving on you are nothing to them. I asked for a visit and was told no one will visit to discuss. That tells me they are not interested Well done Dandara .
